K, T, M - are produced within the time limits established by the PPR system.

Name of the test Type of test Test norms Directions
28.1. Insulation resistance measurement K, T, M See table. 37 (Annex 3.1) -
28.2. High voltage testing of industrial frequency of electrical products with voltages above 12 V AC and - 120 V DC, including: К Duration of voltage application (USpanish) - 1 minute.
1) insulation of the windings and current-carrying cable of a portable power tool relative to the body and external metal parts   For power tools up to 50 V USpanish 550 V is accepted. For power tools for voltages above 50 V and power up to 1 kW - 900 V, for power over 1 kW - 1350 V For a power tool with a case made of insulating material, for the duration of the test, the case and parts connected to it must be wrapped in metal foil and connected to the ground electrode. If the insulation resistance is more than 10 MΩ, the overvoltage test can be replaced by a one-minute insulation resistance measurement with a megohmmeter for a voltage of 2500 V
2) insulation of windings of step-down transformers   The test voltage must be 1350 V at the rated voltage of the primary winding of the transformer 127 - 220 V, and 1800 V at the rated voltage of the primary winding 380 - 440 V The test voltage is applied alternately to each of the windings. In this case, the remaining windings must be connected to a grounded case and a magnetic circuit.
28.3. High voltage test of industrial frequency of power and secondary circuits with operating voltage above 50 V AC, not containing devices with microelectronic elements: К Test duration - 1 min. Test voltage - 1000 V
1) isolation of switchgears of elements of circuit breaker drives, short circuits, separators, devices, as well as secondary circuits for control, protection, automation, telemechanics, etc.     See also chapter 3, paragraph 3.6.23. When testing with a megohmmeter for 2500 V, it is possible not to measure with a megohmmeter for 500 - 1000 V
2) insulation of power and lighting wiring     Produced if the insulation resistance is below 1 MΩ
28.4. Checking the operation of protection with a power supply system with grounded neutral (TN-C, TN-CS, TN-S) K, T, M In case of a short circuit to the case or a neutral working conductor, the current of a single-phase short circuit must be at least:
three times the rated current of the fuse link
three times the rated current of the non-adjustable release of a circuit breaker with an inverse current characteristic
three times the setting value for the operating current of the adjustable release of the circuit breaker with a characteristic inversely dependent on the current
1,1 of the upper value of the operating current of the instantaneous release (cut-off)
It is checked by direct measurement of the single-phase short-circuit current using special devices or by measuring the impedance of the phase-zero loop, followed by determining the short-circuit current
For electrical installations connected to the same shield and located within the same room, it is allowed to take measurements only at one installation, the most distant from the power point
For outdoor lighting fixtures, the protection operation is checked only on the farthest fixtures of each line
It is allowed to check the operation of the protection of group lines of various receivers on socket outlets with a protective contact
28.5. Checking the presence of a circuit between grounded installations and elements of a grounded installation K, T, M There should be no breaks and unsatisfactory contacts. The contact resistance of the contacts should be no higher than 0,05 Ohm Produced on installations, the operation of which has been verified
28.6. Checking the operation of the releases К The operating limits of the releases must comply with the factory data -
28.7. Checking residual current devices М Produced by pressing the "T" (test) button of the device connected to the network Produced at least once a quarter
28.8. Checking the operation of contactors and circuit breakers at reduced and rated operating current voltage К See table. 38 (Annex 3.1) -
28.9. Checking the phasing of switchgears with voltage up to 1000 V and their connections К There must be phase matching -
28.10. Measurement of touch and step voltages К In a system with a grounded neutral in case of a single-phase short circuit, the touch and step voltages should not exceed 50 V, unless other values \uXNUMXb\uXNUMXbare established for specific rooms. The measurement is carried out in livestock complexes, bathhouses with electric heaters and at other facilities where, in order to prevent electrical injuries, equalization and equalization of potentials has been performed.
28.11. Checking the main ground bus (GZSH) K, T Checking the tightening of bolted and integrity of welded contact connections Produced in accordance with the instructions of paragraph 1
28.12. Measuring the level of illumination and other lighting parameters K, T Illumination and other lighting parameters must not be lower than the values provided for by the standards Evaluation of the results of control measurements should be made taking into account the type of lamps used and the voltage at the time of measurement

Machine for thinning flowers in gardens 02.05.2024

In modern agriculture, technological progress is developing aimed at increasing the efficiency of plant care processes. The innovative Florix flower thinning machine was presented in Italy, designed to optimize the harvesting stage. This tool is equipped with mobile arms, allowing it to be easily adapted to the needs of the garden. The operator can adjust the speed of the thin wires by controlling them from the tractor cab using a joystick. This approach significantly increases the efficiency of the flower thinning process, providing the possibility of individual adjustment to the specific conditions of the garden, as well as the variety and type of fruit grown in it. After testing the Florix machine for two years on various types of fruit, the results were very encouraging. Farmers such as Filiberto Montanari, who has used a Florix machine for several years, have reported a significant reduction in the time and labor required to thin flowers. ... >>

Advanced Infrared Microscope 02.05.2024

Microscopes play an important role in scientific research, allowing scientists to delve into structures and processes invisible to the eye. However, various microscopy methods have their limitations, and among them was the limitation of resolution when using the infrared range. But the latest achievements of Japanese researchers from the University of Tokyo open up new prospects for studying the microworld. Scientists from the University of Tokyo have unveiled a new microscope that will revolutionize the capabilities of infrared microscopy. This advanced instrument allows you to see the internal structures of living bacteria with amazing clarity on the nanometer scale. Typically, mid-infrared microscopes are limited by low resolution, but the latest development from Japanese researchers overcomes these limitations. According to scientists, the developed microscope allows creating images with a resolution of up to 120 nanometers, which is 30 times higher than the resolution of traditional microscopes. ... >>

Air trap for insects 01.05.2024

Agriculture is one of the key sectors of the economy, and pest control is an integral part of this process. A team of scientists from the Indian Council of Agricultural Research-Central Potato Research Institute (ICAR-CPRI), Shimla, has come up with an innovative solution to this problem - a wind-powered insect air trap. This device addresses the shortcomings of traditional pest control methods by providing real-time insect population data. The trap is powered entirely by wind energy, making it an environmentally friendly solution that requires no power. Its unique design allows monitoring of both harmful and beneficial insects, providing a complete overview of the population in any agricultural area. “By assessing target pests at the right time, we can take necessary measures to control both pests and diseases,” says Kapil ... >>
