A feature of this compensation stabilizer is the use of a field-effect transistor T3 in the feedback circuit, which acts as a dynamic load for the transistor T2. With an increase in the current of the channel of the transistor T3, the resistance of the channel increases, and with a decrease in the current it decreases. As a result, the voltage stabilization coefficient increases: when the input voltage changes from 11 to 19 V, the output voltage changes within plus or minus 60 mV.

Voltage stabilizer 11-19/9 volt 0,1 amp with field effect transistor

The rated value of the output voltage when using a D814B zener diode is 9 V. The rated load current of the stabilizer is 0,1 A. The control element - transistor T1 is mounted on a radiator in the form of an aluminum plate 35x40 mm in size; its static current transfer coefficient is about 50. Instead of the MP37A transistor, you can use MP113A, instead of the D814B - D809 zener diode. If you need to get an output voltage of a different value, you should use a different type of zener diode with the appropriate stabilization voltage. In the latter case, it may be necessary to select the resistor R1. When replacing the latter with a field-effect transistor of the KP102 type (the gate and source are connected to the zener diode, and the drain to the collector of transistor T1), the stabilization coefficient of the device increases.

The existence of an entropy rule for quantum entanglement has been proven 09.05.2024

Quantum mechanics continues to amaze us with its mysterious phenomena and unexpected discoveries. Recently, Bartosz Regula from the RIKEN Center for Quantum Computing and Ludovico Lamy from the University of Amsterdam presented a new discovery that concerns quantum entanglement and its relation to entropy. Quantum entanglement plays an important role in modern quantum information science and technology. However, the complexity of its structure makes understanding and managing it challenging. Regulus and Lamy's discovery shows that quantum entanglement follows an entropy rule similar to that for classical systems. This discovery opens new perspectives in the field of quantum information science and technology, deepening our understanding of quantum entanglement and its connection to thermodynamics. The results of the study indicate the possibility of reversibility of entanglement transformations, which could greatly simplify their use in various quantum technologies. Opening a new rule ... >>

Yiwei EV electric car with lithium-free sodium battery 30.12.2023

Chinese automaker JAC Motors, part of the Volkswagen group, is preparing to release its first mass-produced electric vehicle under the Yiwei brand, equipped with a lithium-free sodium battery. Despite their lower energy density than lithium-ion batteries, sodium-ion batteries offer lower cost, improved manufacturing capabilities, and reliable performance in cold weather conditions.

The launch of the Yiwei EV with a lithium-free sodium battery represents a significant step forward in the development of electric vehicles. This innovative technology reflects the desire for more sustainable and affordable electric vehicle energy, which could significantly impact the future of the industry.

Yiwei is a new brand created by JAC in 2023, with Volkswagen holding a 75% stake in JAC. The Yiwei EV is likely a modified version of the Sehol E10X hatchback announced earlier this year. The car is equipped with a battery with sodium-ion technology cells from HiNA Battery, and their UE modular structure ensures high stability and performance.

This is an important development in the automotive industry, where JAC, Volkswagen and the Chinese government are working together to create advanced technologies for electric vehicles. Sodium-ion batteries provide new prospects for electric vehicles, promising more affordable and efficient solutions for the future automotive market.

Sales of the JAC Yiwei EV hatchback will start in January.
