A multivibrator is assembled on the elements DD1.1, DD1.2, which is excited at a frequency F = 30 ... 35 Hz (F@1/2R2*C1). Differentiating circuit R3C2 and elements DD1.4...DD1.6 form in the base of a normally closed transistor VT1 a current pulse with duration timp@10 µs (timp@R3 * C2), which excites the IR diode VD1 included in its collector. Table 5 shows the dependence of the current amplitude in the IR diode Iimp and the current Iconsumed by the generator on the power supply voltage Upp.

The printed circuit board of the generator is made of double-sided foil fiberglass with a thickness of 1 ... 1,5 mm (Fig. 30). The foil on the side of the parts is used only as a neutral wire - "ground". Major risk factor for gambling addiction

Computer games are becoming an increasingly popular form of entertainment among teenagers, but the associated risk of gaming addiction remains a significant problem. American scientists conducted a study to determine the main factors contributing to this addiction and offer recommendations for its prevention. Over the course of six years, 385 teenagers were followed to find out what factors may predispose them to gambling addiction. The results showed that 90% of study participants were not at risk of addiction, while 10% became gambling addicts. It turned out that the key factor in the onset of gambling addiction is a low level of prosocial behavior. Teenagers with a low level of prosocial behavior do not show interest in the help and support of others, which can lead to a loss of contact with the real world and a deepening dependence on virtual reality offered by computer games. Traffic noise delays the growth of chicks

Chinese smartphone accessories manufacturer Anker has announced an LED flash that can be connected to Apple iPhone 11 and 11 Pro smartphones using a Lightning cable. An important feature of the novelty is the Made for iPhone (MFi) certificate.
The iPhone LED Flash works with the standard Apple camera app and third-party camera apps. The manufacturer claims that its flash shines "twice as far and four times brighter" than the built-in flash. One charge of the flash battery lasts approximately 10 shots. For charging, the Lightning connector is used (but not the built-in cable, which only serves to connect to a smartphone). The scope of delivery includes a diffuser for softer illumination. The flash body has a standard quarter-inch tripod mount.
The flash should be available in January for $50.
