Often, when installing switchboards, it becomes necessary to connect the machines into one group, this can be done using special connecting tires, which are expensive and not available in every store.

I offer a simple option for connecting modular machines, using a flexible wire of the appropriate section.

For work we need:

flexible copper wire;
side cutters;
cutter;
insulating tape.

Let's take a flexible copper wire of the required cross section, which should correspond to the maximum load of the switched machines.

Using a cutter and side cutters, we remove the insulation from the wire without damaging the current-carrying wires about 5 centimeters long.

We twist the stripped end of the wire.

Cut off excess wire with side cutters.

The remaining end of the wire should be about 3 centimeters long.

The prepared twisted wire must be bent along the depth of the clamping bolt contact connected to the machine.

With PVC electrical tape, we isolate the bent end above the wire insulation, preventing the twisted end from blooming.

The Indian electronics firm Quad in Hyderabad has launched the world's cheapest tablet computer, the Aakash, developed in collaboration with British specialists.
