The amplifier is made on two TDA2051 chips. It is designed to work as part of stationary audio equipment.

The signal from the pre-amplifier is input through connector X1. Chips TDA2051 are built according to the scheme of a powerful operational amplifier. Therefore, the power supply is bipolar, and the gain is set by the circuits C2-R3-R4 and C9-R8-R9, respectively. In the process of establishing, the desired sensitivity can be obtained by selecting the resistance R4 and R9, respectively.

The power source can be on a low-frequency power transformer or on the basis of a pulse converter. The secondary winding of the transformer must provide 32-36V AC voltage (at a current of up to 5A) and it must have a tap from the middle.

If a suitable transformer is not available, two transformers can be used, but in this case two rectifiers must be made, one of which gives a positive voltage and the other negative (as shown in Figure 2).

Parameters

  1. Rated input low voltage 1V.
  2. Output power at load 2x4 From at THD 0,2% at a frequency of 1 kHz - 2x38W.
  3. Output power at load 2x4 From at THD 10% at a frequency of 1 kHz - 2x55W.
  4. Frequency range 20-30000 Hz with 1 dB unevenness.
  5. Signal-to-noise ratio 72 dB.
  6. Load resistance 2x4 ohm
  7. Input impedance 22 kOhm.

Almost all parts, including parts of the power supply rectifier, are located on a single-sided printed circuit board made of foil fiberglass.

All capacitors used in the circuit must be rated for at least 25V.

Rectifier bridge diodes can be replaced by any other rectifiers that allow a rectified current of at least XNUMXA.

The amplifier can also operate on a load of 2x8 ohms. This reduces the output power.

Radiator surface area not less than 400 cm2.

Machine for thinning flowers in gardens 02.05.2024

In modern agriculture, technological progress is developing aimed at increasing the efficiency of plant care processes. The innovative Florix flower thinning machine was presented in Italy, designed to optimize the harvesting stage. This tool is equipped with mobile arms, allowing it to be easily adapted to the needs of the garden. The operator can adjust the speed of the thin wires by controlling them from the tractor cab using a joystick. This approach significantly increases the efficiency of the flower thinning process, providing the possibility of individual adjustment to the specific conditions of the garden, as well as the variety and type of fruit grown in it. After testing the Florix machine for two years on various types of fruit, the results were very encouraging. Farmers such as Filiberto Montanari, who has used a Florix machine for several years, have reported a significant reduction in the time and labor required to thin flowers. ... >>

Advanced Infrared Microscope 02.05.2024

Microscopes play an important role in scientific research, allowing scientists to delve into structures and processes invisible to the eye. However, various microscopy methods have their limitations, and among them was the limitation of resolution when using the infrared range. But the latest achievements of Japanese researchers from the University of Tokyo open up new prospects for studying the microworld. Scientists from the University of Tokyo have unveiled a new microscope that will revolutionize the capabilities of infrared microscopy. This advanced instrument allows you to see the internal structures of living bacteria with amazing clarity on the nanometer scale. Typically, mid-infrared microscopes are limited by low resolution, but the latest development from Japanese researchers overcomes these limitations. According to scientists, the developed microscope allows creating images with a resolution of up to 120 nanometers, which is 30 times higher than the resolution of traditional microscopes. ... >>

Air trap for insects 01.05.2024

Agriculture is one of the key sectors of the economy, and pest control is an integral part of this process. A team of scientists from the Indian Council of Agricultural Research-Central Potato Research Institute (ICAR-CPRI), Shimla, has come up with an innovative solution to this problem - a wind-powered insect air trap. This device addresses the shortcomings of traditional pest control methods by providing real-time insect population data. The trap is powered entirely by wind energy, making it an environmentally friendly solution that requires no power. Its unique design allows monitoring of both harmful and beneficial insects, providing a complete overview of the population in any agricultural area. “By assessing target pests at the right time, we can take necessary measures to control both pests and diseases,” says Kapil ... >>

Rumors about the demise of CRT displays did not materialize 25.05.2004

Samsung SDI, a division of the South Korean display giant, has announced its latest development, the thinnest CRT display for digital TVs to date.

According to Samsung, the new display is not only not inferior in thickness to LCD panels, but also surpasses them in quality, and is also much cheaper to manufacture. So the market will soon expect not complete oblivion, but a new peak in the popularity of CRT displays, Samsung claims.

The introduction of the most advanced manufacturing technology will allow Samsung to reduce the cost of widescreen TV panels compared to their counterparts from competitors, produced on the lines of the sixth generation.

In recent years, traditionally thicker CRT displays have given way to thin LCD or plasma panels in digital TVs. But now, with the launch of a new technology that will make CRT displays thinner and much cheaper than LCD and plasma displays, Samsung says SDI should brace itself for a new boom in traditional CRTs.

So the widespread belief in the industry about the imminent demise of CRT displays can be called more than exaggerated, according to Samsung.
