SAMSUNG CK-5073Z

Fault: Fuses burn.

Remedy: Check the diode bridge, SMR 40200C, HIS, R2K, capacitor 22,0x35v, as well as the line transistor D5072.

AKAI CT-20WK

Problem: The image on the screen is dark. The stock of brightness is not enough.

Remedy: Check the accelerating voltage on the TDKS, the capacitor on the board.

FUNAI TV-2000MK7

Fault: When the TV warms up, the graphics of the settings image are distorted. Channels don't change and controls don't work.

Remedy: Check TV control processor TMP47C434N-R214 with firmware 214.

Thomson ch TX807

Fault: Frequent failure of TL02.

Remedy: For machines with main board series less than 02, make the following modification: 1.Install a 22 Ohm 5% 0.250W resistor at position JL10 . 2. In parallel with the resistor at position JL10, set the inductance to 3.9 uH.

AKAI CT-2107D

Fault: TV does not turn on. The standby lamp does not light.

Remedy: Check the line transistor D1555, resistance R421 0.68 ohm, diode D408, zener diode ZD401, resistance K419 3.3 ohm. Check the capacitor in the base circuit of the power supply transistor D1545.

AKAI CT-2007D

Fault: Overestimation of the output voltage 115V. Adjusting the voltage with an adjustment resistor does nothing or regulates in a very small range from 120 to 130V.

Remedy: Replace the 47/50V capacitor with a 100/60V or 50/60V capacitor at the base of the output power transistor.

SCHNEIDER ch DTV-1

Fault: Vertically at the bottom of the frame, with an increase in the brightness of the picture, the size increases. The staffing power supply is normal.

Remedy: Check the capacitors in the correction circuit, the vertical scanning circuit. Check TDKS, output transistor and strapping circuits.

TELEFUNKEN ch TX807 (20")

Problem: Visible white dots in a red or dark image.

Remedy: Replace JH04 0 Ohm resistor with 1k 5% 0.100W.

TOSHIBA 218D7S

Malfunction: The screen is illuminated, the reverse path of rays is observed, brightness, contrast are not adjustable. There is sound, the settings work, except for brightness and contrast.

Remedy: Check the video processor, zener diode and its circuits.

Daewoo 20Q2

Fault: Squeak during operation.

Remedy: Pour polyethylene glue into the gaps in the line scan coils and TDKS.

TOSHIBA 219D7SM

Fault: Visible reverse beam in the upper third of the screen

Remedy: Check the electrolytic capacitor of the voltage boost 100...200uF\35v (by replacement)

ORION 14AR

Fault: After 15-20 minutes of operation, it turns off into standby mode.

Remedy: Replace the quartz resonator that stabilizes the frequency of the CPU.

SONY KV-21FT2K WEGA

Fault: The image has vertical bright white stripes moving to the left. Remedy: Self pickup of the radio channel. Check the soldering of the shielding points and use a densely braided antenna cable.

Fault: No color in SEKAM.

Remedy: Replace power regulator IC 542 KIA78L08

ITT ch TX807

Fault: DP01 rectifier diode (supplied by Recronix) has failed.

Mains voltage spikes.

Remedy: Replace the defective diode with a new model FBI2M4S1 1KV (supplied by Fagor)

(position L7 on the side of the components).
