General requirements for labor protection 1.1. To work as a duty control panel for receiving signals, persons are allowed at least 18 years of age who are recognized as fit for production by a medical examination, who have been trained and tested knowledge of the rules, norms and instructions for labor protection, including this instruction, as well as having a certificate for the right to perform these works, who received instructions at the workplace on safety during the performance of work. 1.2. The control room attendant is required to: 1.2.1. Comply with the rules of internal labor regulations; 1.2.2. To know and comply with the rules on labor protection when working at enterprises that are entrusted with the functions of security activities, to the extent of the duties performed, 1.2.3. Perform only the work that is defined in the equipment operating instructions or job descriptions approved by the administration 1.2.4. enterprise, and provided that safe ways of doing it are well known; 1.2.5. Know and be able to provide first aid to victims of electric current and other accidents; 1.2.6. Follow the instructions on fire safety measures. 1.3. When servicing control panels, the person on duty may be exposed to dangerous voltage in the electrical circuit, the closure of which can occur through the human body, electric shock; 1.4. For non-compliance with this instruction, the perpetrators are held accountable in accordance with the internal labor regulations or penalties determined by the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. 2. Labor protection requirements before starting work 2.1. Familiarize yourself according to the diagram with the state and mode of operation of the security alarm equipment by personal inspection to the extent established by the instructions. 2.2. Obtain information from the duty officer handing over the shift about the burglar alarm equipment. 2.3. Check and accept tools, materials, keys, protective equipment, operational documentation and instructions. 2.4. Familiarize yourself with all the records and orders for the time that has passed since his last duty. 2.5. To formalize the acceptance of the shift by an entry in the journal, statement, as well as on the operational diagram with the signatures of the person accepting the shift and the person handing it over. 2.6. Report to the shift supervisor about joining the duty and about the problems noticed when taking the shift. 2.7. Acceptance and delivery of a shift during an accident is prohibited. 2.8. Acceptance of a shift in case of faulty equipment or abnormal mode is allowed only with the permission of the shift supervisor. 2.9. Check the condition of general and ordinary lighting. 2.10. Check the availability of a first aid kit. 3. Labor protection requirements during work 3.1. During his duty, the person of the operational personnel is responsible for the correct maintenance and trouble-free operation of the control panel. 3.2. When a signal is received that the security alarm is triggered, the duty officer gives a signal to leave the task force. 3.3. Persons who do not maintain the control panel are not allowed to service the control panel. 3.4. For each control room, there must be at least 2 sets of keys, one of which is a spare. And be on the control panel. 3.5. Each actuation of the security alarm by the duty officer is recorded in the operational log, indicating the time, date and belonging of the alarm. 3.6. The replacement of signal lamps on the scoreboard should be carried out from ladders with a height of at least 2 m by an electrician on duty. 3.7. The replacement of an ordinary fuse must be carried out by two persons, one of whom is allowed to stand at the bottom of the stepladder, with the obligatory fulfillment of the requirements of clause 3.8., Use insulating pliers or dielectric gloves, safety glasses. 3.8. Elimination of damage and repairs on the equipment must be carried out when the voltage is completely removed from the equipment and only by an electrician. 3.9. When performing work on technological equipment, the presence of other workers in the immediate vicinity of the soldering point is prohibited. 4. Labor protection requirements in emergency situations 4.1. Each employee who discovers violations of the requirements of this instruction and labor protection rules or notices a malfunction of the equipment that poses a danger to people is obliged to report this to the immediate supervisor. Troubleshooting is carried out in compliance with safety requirements. 4.2. If an accident occurs during work, it is necessary to immediately provide first aid to the victim, report the incident to your immediate supervisor and take measures to preserve the situation of the accident, if this is not associated with a danger to life and health of people. 4.3. In case of electric shock, it is necessary to release the victim from the action of the current as soon as possible, in case of working at height, take measures to prevent him from falling. Switch off the equipment using switches, a plug-in connector, cut the supply wire with a tool with insulated handles. If it is impossible to turn off the equipment quickly enough, other measures must be taken to free the victim from the action of the current. To separate the victim from current-carrying parts or wires, use a stick, board or some other dry object that does not conduct electricity, while the caregiver must stand on a dry, non-conductive place, or wear dielectric gloves. 5. Labor protection requirements at the end of work 5.1. You need to tidy up your workspace. 5.2. Inform the person taking the shift about all the shortcomings noticed during the work and the measures taken to eliminate them. 5.3. Record the acceptance and delivery of the shift in the operational journal.
