Safe Operation

1. General safety requirements

1.1. Persons at least 18 years of age who have passed:

  • induction training;
  • fire safety briefing;
  • initial briefing at the workplace;
  • electrical safety training in the workplace. Persons who have a certificate for the right to drive this category of transport, who do not have medical contraindications for this profession, who have at least the second electrical safety group, are allowed to perform the duties of a truck driver.

1.2. The driver of the electric cart and electric car must pass:

  • repeated briefing on labor safety at the workplace at least every three months;
  • unscheduled and targeted briefings when changing the technological process or labor protection rules, replacing or upgrading a car, fixtures and tools, changing working conditions and organization, in case of violations of labor protection instructions, breaks in work for more than 60 calendar days (for work, which are subject to increased security requirements - 30 calendar days);
  • dispensary medical examination in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation No. 90 dated March 14.03.1996, XNUMX;
  • verification of knowledge of PEEP and PTB during the operation of consumer electrical installations.

1.3. The driver of the electric trolley and electric car must:

  • comply with the internal labor regulations established at the enterprise;
  • comply with the requirements of this manual, fire safety instructions, electrical safety instructions;
  • comply with the requirements for the operation of a forklift
  • observe safety rules when loading and unloading cargo;
  • comply with the PTB during the operation of electrical installations of consumers;
  • use for its intended purpose and take care of the issued personal protective equipment.

1.4. The driver of an electric cart and an electric car must:

  • be able to provide first (pre-medical) assistance to the victim in an accident;
  • perform only assigned work and not transfer it to others without the permission of the mechanic;
  • know the requirements of this manual, instructions on fire safety and electrical safety measures;
  • know the regulation on the discipline of railway workers;
  • know the rules and regulations on labor protection, safety and industrial sanitation;
  • during work, be attentive, not be distracted and not distract others, do not allow persons who are not related to work to the workplace;
  • keep the forklift clean and tidy.

1.5. The driver must know and follow the rules of personal hygiene. Eat, smoke, rest only in specially designated areas and places. Drink water only from specially designed installations.

1.6. If there are malfunctions of the electric cart and the electric car, devices, tools and other shortcomings or dangers in the workplace, stop the cart immediately. Only after elimination of the noticed shortcomings to continue work.

1.7. In case of an accident, provide the victim with first (pre-medical) aid, immediately report the incident to the foreman or head of the shop, take measures to preserve the situation of the incident (accident), if this does not create a danger to others.

1.8. For failure to comply with the safety requirements set forth in this manual, the driver is liable in accordance with applicable law.

1.9. Mounting and dismantling of pneumatic tires and their inflation must be carried out in a special room equipped for this purpose with a special safety device (bar cage).

1.10. In accordance with the "Model industry standards for the free issue of special clothing, special footwear and other personal protective equipment to workers and employees," the driver of an electric cart and electric car must use the following PPE: cotton overalls, combined gloves.

1.11. The main dangerous and harmful production factors are:

  • moving and rotating parts and components of an electric car;
  • collision with another vehicle or collision with people.

2. Safety requirements before starting work

2.1. Make sure that it is in good working order and put on serviceable special clothes, fastening it with all buttons, put your hair under a headdress.

2.2. By external inspection, make sure that the electric car is in full working order and check:

  • technical condition, paying special attention to the serviceability of tires, brake system, steering, lighting and signaling devices,
  • air pressure in tires in accordance with the norms;
  • check the screwing of the battery covers and close the cover over it;
  • the top of the battery cells must be kept dry. Terminals and cable shoes must be clean, lubricated with vaseline and well tightened;
  • charging batteries, checking with a voltmeter when the pantograph is on;
  • availability of proper tools and equipment.

2.3. On the move, check the operation of the steering and brakes, the operation of the "STOP" signal, turns, lighting, as well as the sound signal.

2.4. In case of detection of malfunctions, do not go to the line until they are completely eliminated and inform the administration of the motor transport department about this.

3. Safety requirement during operation

3.1. Before starting to move from a stop (parking) or leaving the garage, make sure that it is safe for workers and other unauthorized persons and give a warning signal.

3.2. Be alert and careful when reversing. In case of insufficient visibility or visibility, you should take the help of another person.

3.3. The speed of movement should be selected taking into account road conditions, visibility and visibility, the intensity and nature of the movement of vehicles and pedestrians, the features and condition of the electric car and the cargo being transported, but not higher than 5 km per hour.

3.4. The width of the path and passage corridors must correspond to the width of the electric vehicle with the load.

3.5. The driver of an electric cart and an electric car is prohibited from:

  • work with faulty brakes, sound and light signals;
  • drive an electric car with wet hands or oily hands;
  • must not carry people.

3.6. In order to avoid colliding with workers, when approaching at least 5 m, give a sound signal.

3.7. The speed of movement through the territory of the workshops should not exceed 3 km per hour.

3.8. When driving an electric car, it is on the footboard only facing in the direction of travel.

3.9. The driver is not allowed:

  • drive an electric car while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs;
  • transport goods if they block the visibility of the track, go beyond the dimensions;
  • transport cargo exceeding the capacity of the forklift;
  • transfer control of the electric car to unauthorized persons.

3.10. When transporting oversized cargo, the driver must make sure that the height and width of the path are sufficient for free passage.

3.11. When transporting bulky goods that interfere with visibility in the forward direction, the driver must transport in reverse.

3.12. When driving an electric car with a load on a slope, the load must be directed towards the top of the slope.

3.13. When placing an electric cart and an electric car at a maintenance post that does not have a forced movement, or repair, tighten the parking brake lever and engage first gear

3.14. When repairing an electric cart and an electric car, keep the workplace clean and not clutter up with foreign objects. Drain oil and water only into a special container.

3.15. Lifting the electric trolley and electric car with a jack should be carried out without distortions (the jack must stand vertically, rest on the ground with the entire plane of the sole, the head of the jack must rest with the entire plane against the axis or in a specially fixed place, in case of soft ground, put a board under the jack, put shoes under the rest of the wheels).

3.16. For disassembly and assembly work, use only serviceable fixtures and tools. Moisten nuts that are difficult to unscrew with kerosene, and then unscrew them with a wrench.

3.17. Check the alignment of the hole of the spring eyelet and the earring only with the help of a beard.

3.18. Work related to the replacement and rearrangement of tires, springs should be performed only after the electric car is installed on the trestle.

3.19. Remove the tire from the wheel disk using a puller, inflate the tires in the safety device. When inflating tires on the line, lay the wheel with the key ring to the ground.

4. Safety requirements in emergency situations

4.1. In the event of a fire due to a malfunction of the equipment of the electric cart and electric car, the driver must:

  • stop the electric car;
  • take measures to extinguish the fire, using a carbon dioxide fire extinguisher or sand, tarpaulin.

4.2. If cracks are found in the battery case, stop work and require replacement.

4.3. If damage is detected in the electric cart and electric car, the driver must stop it and inform the master.

5. Safety requirements at the end of work

5.1. After returning from the line, together with the mechanic of the transport department, check the electric car. If necessary, draw up an application for current repairs with a list of faults to be eliminated.

Alcoholism is one of the most serious problems that some have been struggling with for years. An unhealthy craving for alcoholic beverages spoils the life of not only those who want to drink, but also those around them. However, recently scientists have discovered why this happens and have found a way to stop addiction, learn to say "no".

Nerve cells that are located in the brain are responsible for making a decision to drink, with often not very unpleasant and even disastrous consequences. This was found in their study by Swedish scientists from the Linköping University, led by Markus Hailing.

New work has revealed in some rodents a tendency to compulsive drinking. That is, to the pathological, not amenable to volitional control, the desire to take alcohol. In order to get a small dose of the coveted drink, the rodents had to press the lever for 12 weeks. After a while, the rats developed a habit. Then the scientists connected an electric current to the lever, and the rats began to receive it along with alcohol. Unpleasant pain scared away most of the animals, but about a third continued to press the lever, despite the pain.

It turned out that a certain group of nerve cells was to blame for the uncontrolled craving for alcohol. They are found in the amygdala, also known as the amygdala. This part of the brain is responsible for the formation of emotions, including the appearance of horror. Researchers using molecular biology turned off these cells, thereby suppressing compulsive alcoholism in rodents. The rats were again able to abstain from drinking alcohol.

It is noted that the scientists themselves did not expect how a small group of cells can give rise to alcoholism, becoming at the helm in making difficult decisions.

The researchers used rats as test subjects. During the study, experts found in animals a small group of nerve cells in the brain. These cells were responsible for the ability of rodents to limit themselves and the inability to stop in time. The first skill, as it turned out, was owned by the number of rats.
