General requirements for labor protection 1.1. Persons who do not have medical contraindications, who have undergone industrial training, introductory and primary safety training at the workplace, are allowed to service the manure removal system. Workers servicing electrified installations must undergo additional training and instruction in electrical safety with the assignment of the first tolerance group. 1.2. All workers during the first two shifts perform work under the supervision of the foreman of the farm, after which they are allowed to work independently. 1.3. The worker must perform only the work for which he has been instructed and for which the task has been issued, not to delegate his work to other persons. 1.4. The Internal Regulations must be observed. It is not allowed: the presence of unauthorized persons in the working area, drinking alcohol and smoking in the working area, working under the influence of alcohol or drugs, as well as working in a sick or tired state. When servicing manure removal systems, workers may be exposed to dangerous and harmful production factors, in relation to which precautions must be taken: moving machines and mechanisms, unprotected rotating parts of machines and equipment, moving parts of equipment, flying parts, sharp edges, danger of electric shock, increased or decreased air temperature in the working area, increased noise level at the workplace, increased gas contamination of the air in the working area, insufficient illumination of the working area, fire and explosion safety, slippery floors, physical overload, biological hazard (microorganisms, geltmines, animals). 1.5. The performance of work related to the maintenance of the manure removal system in premises where animals suffering from anthropogenic diseases are kept should be carried out taking into account special measures provided for by veterinary legislation. 1.6. It is forbidden to independently troubleshoot electrical equipment and wiring. To carry out these works, call the electrical personnel. 1.7. It is not allowed to work with a faulty tool and fixture, use them for other purposes, as well as replace them with foreign objects. 1.8. Electrified machines must be grounded (zeroed). Drive, tension and transmission mechanisms must be protected by casings. 1.9. Work on mechanisms without protective covers and without grounding (zeroing) is not allowed. 1.10. Conveyor channels in the aisles and at the gates of the premises must be closed with solid wooden shields, 1.11. The tractor with the hitch must be equipped with a working spark arrester. 1.12. When removing manure with a tractor with an attachment, the speed of movement must ensure the safety of people and animals. 1.13. In rooms with tie keeping during manure removal, animals should be on a walk or in stalls on a leash. In Loose Houses, remove manure after the animals leave for the milking parlor or for a walk. 1.14. Workers are required to use overalls and special. footwear: a cotton robe, rubber boots, combined mittens, cotton aprons with waterproof impregnation, in winter - an additional wadded jacket. 1.15. Know and follow the basic rules of fire and explosion safety in the workplace and enterprise. Keep the workplace and premises clean, do not litter the aisles and driveways. Know the location and rules for using fire extinguishing alarms. Do not use fire equipment for other purposes. 1.16. In the event of a malfunction of equipment, fixtures, tools, as well as in case of violation of safety standards, fire, accident or injury to workers, immediately inform the work manager about this. 1.17. It is necessary to know and apply methods for eliminating hazards and providing first (pre-medical) aid to the victim. 1.18. Employees must observe the rules of personal hygiene: keep the workplace, equipment, closet for clothes and shoes clean, keep hands, face and clothes clean. 1.19. Persons who violate the requirements of this instruction are liable in accordance with the procedure established by law. 2. Labor protection requirements before starting work 2.1. Inspect overalls, special footwear, personal protective equipment, make sure that they are in good condition, dress and fit them so that the floor, strings and ends do not quickly flutter and hang freely; tuck your hair under a headdress, check the presence of a first-aid kit at the workplace and its completeness. 2.2. Turn off the lights, make sure the work area is well lit. Inspect the workplace, sprinkle slippery floor surfaces with sawdust or sand, check the availability and serviceability of the necessary tools and fixtures. 2.3. Turn on the ventilation, make sure it works properly. 2.4. Check the presence and serviceability of protective fences. Make sure they are secure 2.5. Check the serviceability and operability of the alarm, the presence of fire extinguishers, sand and other fire extinguishing agents. 2.6. Check the presence of grounding of all sources of moving metal parts, protective fences and devices. Make sure that they are securely fastened, if necessary, eliminate the malfunction or report them to the work manager. 2.7. Check the condition of the doors. They should open easily, they should not have protruding nails, pieces of wire, broken boards and other objects. Scraper and scraper electrically driven installations 2.9. Check the good condition of shovels, forks, scrapers and scrapers, which must be tightly fitted on the handles. Handles must be smooth and free of burrs, cracks and knots. 2.10 Check the presence and serviceability of the transitional bridges through the manure channels, as well as the presence and serviceability of the fence of the manure channels and rotary devices of the conveyors, slatted floors and coatings. 2.11. Check the good condition of the scrapers of the conveyor or the rope of the scraper installation and turning devices. 2.12. Check the absence of foreign objects (equipment, tools), other workers, animals in the working area, inspect the manure channel. 2.13. Check the reliability of closing the manure channels with gratings, make sure that they are strong and that there are no sharp or protruding parts on them. 2.14. Check that there is a vehicle under the inclined unloading chute boom. Check the operation of the conveyor and the scraper unit at idle, for which it is necessary to: give a prearranged signal warning about the start-up and installation, start the conveyor or the scraper unit at idle, make sure that there are no extraneous noises, vibrations, smell of burning. Stop installation. Rail trolleys 2.15. Check the good condition and strength of their fastening, beams, support pillars, sleepers. 2.16. Make sure that the locking device of the body and the lift of the trolley with a tipping body are in good condition. 2.17. Check the presence and serviceability of the limiters (stops) at the ends of the rails of the cableway. 2.18. Check the operation of rail cars at idle. 2.19. At night, check the lighting, the entire path of the trolleys should be well lit. Mobile means of manure removal (bulldozer attachments, bucket, clamshell loaders) 2.20. Inspect the tractor, bulldozer hitch, grab bucket, make sure they are in good condition. 2.21. Check the correct operation of the tractor running gear, braking systems, steering and signaling systems. 2.22. Check the presence and correct operation of the spark arrestor, if necessary, eliminate the malfunction and clean it of soot. 2.23. Check the good condition of the hydraulic system, if there is an oil leak in the connections, eliminate or report to the work manager. 2.24. Make sure the tractor loader wheels are set to their maximum width and the outriggers are lowered and secured. 2.25. The loader and unloading of manure from manure storages and vehicles should stand on the level planned place. 2.26. Before starting work, make sure that there are no strangers near the bulldozer linkage of the loader and give a warning signal. 3. Labor protection requirements during work 3.1. During operation, avoid cluttering up the territory, passages near operating installations with foreign objects and manure. 3.2. It is unacceptable to sit down, stand up, put clothes and other objects on fences and moving parts of installations, trolleys and loaders. 3.3. Ladders, scaffolds, platforms during work must be kept dry and clean, if necessary, sent with sand or sawdust. Scraper and scraper electrically driven installations 3.4. During the operation of the conveyor and scraper installations, it is necessary to clean the stalls with scrapers with serviceable handles, while it is necessary to be out of the working bodies coverage area. 3.5. When cleaning stalls with scrapers, animals should not be touched or hit. It is forbidden to drive animals during the operation of the installations. 3.6. During the cleaning of the stalls from manure, do not overload the conveyors, as well as the ingress of foreign objects on them. 3.7. Repair and maintenance should be carried out with the switch off and the conveyor completely stopped. Near the switch should be posted a sign with the inscription "Do not turn on, people are working." 3.8. Maintenance of the inclined conveyor at a height is carried out using scaffolds with a width of at least 1 m, with solid flooring and railings. The height of the enclosing railings is at least 1 m. 3.9. Do not leave running conveyors and scrapers unattended. Rail trolleys 3.10. The movement of the trolley is carried out by pushing it away from you, while making sure that there are no people on the way. 3.11. When unloading a trolley with a tipping body, stand at the end - the body. 3.12. Ensure that the locking device of the body and the lift are in good condition. 3.13. Monitor the good condition of the tracks (lack of potholes, pits). 3.14. Monitor the serviceability of beams, support pillars, the strength and reliability of fastening hangers and limit stops. 3.15. Do not allow spontaneous movement of trolleys downhill, people on the moving trolley, overloading the trolley above the permissible load capacity indicated on it. 3.16. Make sure that the cables with the handles for controlling the switch points of the overhead roads are hung on hooks located away from the movement of the trolleys. 3.17. It is forbidden to operate a railroad with heavily worn suspensions, fasteners, twin rollers, lifts, locking devices of the body, with bent rails and their divergences at the joints, faulty turnouts. Mobile means of manure removal (bulldozer attachments, bucket and clamshell loaders) 3.18. The speed of a tractor with a bulldozer linkage inside the premises should not exceed the speed of a pedestrian. 3.19. It is forbidden to work the tractor inside, premises with faulty spark arresters. 3.20. Do not leave a working tractor with a bulldozer attachment unattended in the livestock building and near the gate on the route of the animals. 3.21. When loading manure from overpasses, make sure that they are strong and that the bulldozer blade does not extend beyond the edge of the overpass. 3.22. When unloading manure with a loader from manure storage facilities, do not allow the formation of peaks in the places of unloading. 3.23. During the loading of the vehicle, the driver must leave the cab and wait for the signal about the end of loading outside the working area of the loader. 3.24. Ensure that there are no persons near the loader and under the boom when the loader is in operation. 3.25. Move the loader to a new location after emptying the bucket or grab from manure. 3.26. When moving, it is necessary to install the working bodies and jacks in the transport position. 3.27. It is not allowed to operate the loader on slopes on which it is impossible to put the column in a vertical position with jacks. 3.28. Before leaving the loader cab, it is necessary to lower the grab or bucket, put all control levers in the neutral position. 3.29. Constantly monitor and maintain the flow of the technological process. Make sure that foreign objects do not get into the bulldozer hitch, grab or bucket and the tightness of the oil-fuel wires is not broken. Troubleshoot problems in a timely manner and report any deviations to the supervisor. 4. Labor protection requirements in emergency situations 4.1. Emergency work (heating of pipes, welding and the use of fire and high temperatures), as well as descent into wells, is carried out according to a work permit with the implementation of appropriate fire and explosion safety measures and under the supervision of the work manager. 4.2. In the event of a fire, you should immediately report the incident to the fire department and the work manager, give a fire alarm and start extinguishing the fire using the available means. 4.3. In the event of a sudden and significant deterioration in meteorological conditions (thunderstorm, snowstorm, etc.), stop work and go to shelter, and if necessary, continue work, apply protective equipment and inform the work manager. 4.4. In case of an accident, provide the victim with first (pre-medical) aid, if necessary, call a doctor or take the victim to a medical institution. Save the situation at the time of the incident and inform the work manager. 4.5. In the event of a power outage, the appearance of extraneous noise, vibration, the smell of burning, an accident, the electric drive unit should be turned off and the work manager should be informed. 4.6. If the speed and crankshaft of the internal combustion engine increase excessively, immediately turn off the fuel supply and take measures to eliminate the malfunction. 4.7. If a tractor with a linkage catches fire, tow it to a place safe for other objects, inform the fire brigade, work supervisors and start extinguishing. 4.8. If the loader overturns in the manure storage, immediately turn off the engine, put the levers in the neutral position, inform the work manager and take measures to eliminate the accident. 4.9. To ensure the safety of work when establishing faults, install a stop device under the dump body to ensure reliable fixation of the body. It is forbidden to work under a loaded and unsecured body in a raised position. 5. Labor protection requirements at the end of work 5.1. Turn off the starting equipment of the drive of the scraper or scraper installation and make sure that they have completely stopped. 5.2. Stop the trolley, brake it and fix it against unauthorized rolling. 5.3. Put a bulldozer with a linkage, a loader in the place allotted for their storage. Lower the bulldozer hitch, bucket, grab to the stop with the ground, put the control levers in the neutral position, turn off the engine, making sure that its rotation has completely stopped. 5.4. Clear equipment of manure, perform daily maintenance. 5.5. Take off your overalls, put them in order and put them in storage. Wash hands with warm water if necessary, take a shower.
