The employee is responsible for violation of the requirements of this instruction in the manner prescribed by the Internal Labor Regulations of the organization and the current legislation. Safety requirements before starting work. Working horses are assigned personally to the worker. 3. Safety requirements during work Horses are kept in a specially equipped room (stable), with a partition of stalls and other necessary rooms equipped with fire fighting equipment. The premises should have spacious walkways that allow convenient, safe service for horses. For the withdrawal of stallions and obstinate horses, special bridles and strong hatching leits with a length of at least 2 m should be used; two grooms take the horse out on the leits. When moving horse-drawn vehicles on the plain, a gap of 2 m must be observed (on ice - 5 m), on the descent - for the entire length, on steep descents - with braking, in these cases people must leave the cart. The movement of horse-drawn transport along rivers and lakes is prohibited when the ice thickness is less than 15 cm, as well as in spring with the appearance of cracks, and also closer than 10 m from the polynya. Heavy materials, timber and cargo with large dimensions are tied with a cable, chain or rope, secured with racks or wedges. On slopes, railway crossings and dangerous places, it is not allowed to leave the horse without control. It is prohibited to arrange parking, as well as loading the timber and performing other types of work closer than 50 m from the felling of the timber. 4. Safety requirements in emergency situations Stop work in case of wind speed over 11 m/s, thick fog, heavy snowfall (visibility less than 50 m), take cover in a safe place until the situation improves. During a thunderstorm, stop moving, take a safe place in a clearing, a plot of deciduous young growth, between trees growing at a distance of 20 m from each other, in a hilly area closer to the middle of the slope, if possible, sit on an insulating material (dry deadwood, moss, birch bark), remove metal objects and mechanisms from yourself and horses, keep horses on a leash. In case of fire, take measures to extinguish it on your own, with the available fire extinguishing equipment, inform the head. If it is impossible to extinguish the fire, take measures for the personal safety and safety of the horses and leave the place of ignition. Do the same in case of any other danger (environmental, radiation, chemical hazard, natural disaster) that threatens people's lives. In the event of an accident, provide the victim with first aid (self-help), if necessary, take measures to deliver him to a medical institution, if possible, preserve the situation of the incident, inform the administration about the case. 5. Safety requirements at the end of work Clean, put in order tools, equipment, equipment, transport, store them in designated places.
