I. General Provisions

The driver (fireman) of the boiler room belongs to the category of workers.
The driver (fireman) of the boiler house is appointed to the position and dismissed from it by order (the position of the head of the enterprise, organization) on the proposal of _______.
A person with a secondary vocational education is appointed to the position of a boiler engineer (fireman) without presenting requirements for work experience.
The driver (fireman) of the boiler house is guided in his work:

regulatory legal acts, as well as instructions and methodological recommendations governing activities in the field of maintenance and operation of boiler houses and boiler equipment;
the Charter of the enterprise;
internal labor regulations;
orders and directives of the immediate supervisor;
this Job Description.

The driver (fireman) of the boiler room must know:

design features of complex instrumentation and automatic control devices;
calorific value and physical properties of fuel;
elements of the fuel balance of boilers and its compilation;
rules for determining the efficiency of a boiler plant;
rules and regulations of labor protection, safety and fire protection.

The driver (fireman) of the boiler room reports directly to (indicate the position of the head of the structural unit).
During the absence of the driver (fireman) of the boiler house (illness, vacation, etc.), his duties are performed by a person appointed in the prescribed manner, who is fully responsible for their proper performance.

II. Official duties

The driver (fireman) of the boiler house is obliged to perform the following job duties:

Maintenance of hot water and steam boilers of various systems with a total heat output of more than 273 GJ / h (over 65 Gcal / h) or maintenance in the boiler room of individual hot water and steam boilers with a boiler heat output of more than 546 GJ / h (over 130 Gcal / h) operating on solid fuel.
Performs related duties in accordance with production needs.

III. Rights

The driver (fireman) of the boiler room has the right to:

for all social guarantees provided for by law;
require the management of the enterprise to assist in the performance of their duties and the exercise of rights;
demand the creation of conditions for the performance of official duties, including the provision of the necessary equipment and inventory;
get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise relating to its activities;
submit proposals for the management of the enterprise to improve the organization and improve the methods of work performed by it;
request personally or on behalf of the immediate supervisor the documents necessary for the performance of their duties;
improve your professional skills.

IV. A responsibility

The driver (fireman) of the boiler house is responsible for:

for failure to perform or improper performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation of Ukraine;
for causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor and civil legislation of Ukraine;
for offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal, civil legislation of Ukraine.
