I. General Provisions

  1. The commissioning and testing engineer belongs to the category of specialists.
  2. For the position:
  • commissioning and testing engineer is appointed a person who has a higher professional (technical) education without presenting requirements for work experience or secondary vocational education and work experience in the position of a technician of category I for at least 3 years or other positions occupied by specialists with secondary vocational education, at least 5 years;
  • adjustment and testing engineer of category III - a person who has a higher professional (technical) education and work experience in the specialty acquired during the training period, or work experience in engineering and technical positions without a qualification category;
  • commissioning and testing engineer of category II - a person with a higher professional (technical) education and work experience as a commissioning and testing engineer or other engineering and technical positions occupied by specialists with higher education for at least 3 years;
  • commissioning and testing engineer of category I - a person with a higher professional (technical) education and work experience as a commissioning and testing engineer of category II for at least 3 years.
  1. Appointment to the position of an engineer for adjustment and testing and dismissal from it is carried out by order of the director of the enterprise on the proposal of _______.
  2. The commissioning and testing engineer must know:
  • resolutions, orders, orders, methodological and regulatory materials on the organization of commissioning;
  • prospects for the technical development of the enterprise;
  • the main technological processes for the production of the enterprise's products;
  • technical characteristics, design features, purpose and modes of operation of the equipment, rules for its technical operation;
  • methods of installation, adjustment and adjustment of equipment;
  • control means, instruments and devices used in the verification, adjustment and testing of the serviced equipment;
  • procedure and methods for planning installation, commissioning and testing work;
  • organization of installation, adjustment and repair work, testing and maintenance of equipment;
  • advanced domestic and foreign experience in the field of commissioning;
  • the procedure for drawing up estimates for work, applications for equipment, materials, spare parts, measuring instruments and devices;
  • the procedure for the development and execution of technical documentation;
  • fundamentals of economics, scientific organization of labor, organization of production and management;
  • fundamentals of labor legislation;
  • rules and norms of labor protection, safety measures, industrial sanitation and fire protection.
  1. The commissioning and testing engineer reports directly to _______.
  2. During the absence of the commissioning and testing engineer (illness, vacation, etc.), his duties are performed by a person appointed in the prescribed manner. This person acquires the appropriate rights and is responsible for the proper performance of the duties assigned to him.

II. Official duties

Commissioning and testing engineer:

  1. Organizes and performs work on adjustment and testing of all types of equipment in accordance with the methodological and other guidance materials for the organization of commissioning, ensures its timely commissioning.
  2. Draws up programs and schedules for commissioning and testing, coordinates them with customers.
  3. Prepares for the work of measuring instruments and equipment, performs metrological control.
  4. Organizes the work of personnel and ensures the rational use of raw materials and materials necessary for putting equipment and systems into operation and ensuring the progress of the technological process during commissioning.
  5. Controls the quality of work, makes the necessary adjustments to the methods and methods of adjustment in order to achieve the necessary parameters and characteristics of the operation of equipment and systems, adjusts them.
  6. Analyzes measurement data of work parameters, performs the necessary calculations and gives conclusions about the suitability for operation of individual parts, assemblies, mechanisms, systems, identifies the causes of their failure.
  7. Carries out control over the activities of the company's divisions to eliminate equipment defects identified during commissioning.
  8. Develops measures aimed at improving the organization of adjustment and testing of equipment, increasing its reliability and efficiency, reducing the labor intensity of work, improving the quality of commissioning work based on the introduction of modern equipment and technology, ensures their implementation.
  9. Carries out maintenance of technical documentation during installation, adjustment and testing of equipment, participates in the acceptance of equipment into operation, execution of acceptance documentation, investigation of accidents, causes of defects in work, damage to equipment and development of measures aimed at preventing them.
  10. Instructs operating personnel on the rules for operating the equipment and systems being adjusted.
  11. Promotes the introduction of achievements of domestic and foreign science, technology and best practices in the implementation of commissioning.
  12. Participates in the consideration of rationalization proposals and inventions related to improving the design of equipment, organizing adjustment and testing work, provides practical assistance to innovators and inventors and takes measures to disseminate best practices in organizing adjustment and testing work.
  13. Supervises employees involved in commissioning and ensures compliance with labor protection requirements in accordance with the type of work performed.

III. Rights

The commissioning and testing engineer has the right to:

  1. Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise relating to its activities.
  2. Submit proposals for the management to improve the work related to the duties provided for in this job description.
  3. Notify the immediate supervisor of all shortcomings in the production activities of the enterprise (its structural divisions) identified in the course of the performance of their duties and make proposals for their elimination.
  4. Request personally or on behalf of the immediate supervisor from the heads of enterprise departments and specialists information and documents necessary for the performance of his duties.
  5. Involve specialists from all (individual) structural divisions in solving the tasks assigned to him (if this is provided for by the regulations on structural divisions, if not, then with the permission of the management).
  6. Require the management of the enterprise to assist in the performance of his duties and rights.

IV. A responsibility

The commissioning and testing engineer is responsible for:

  1. For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation of Ukraine.
  2. For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
  3. For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor and civil legislation of Ukraine.

ASUSTeK Computer has begun shipping maintenance-free ROG Strix LC II liquid cooling systems. This line is represented by five models with 240, 280 and 360 mm radiators, as well as ARGB LED fan lighting and without it.

The ROG Strix LC II processor LSS is based on the 7th generation Asetek CLC platform. The vendor used a water block with a copper base and a built-in pump, nylon braided hoses and 27 mm thick aluminum radiators. Declared support for Intel LGA115x, LGA1366, LGA1200, LGA20xx, AMD AM4 and TR4 platforms. The water block cover of all models is equipped with an illuminated ASUS ROG logo.
