Qualification requirements:

Instructor-disinfector of the highest qualification category: higher education (technical) in the field of training "Medicine", specialty "Medical and preventive care". Specialization according to work profile. Advanced training (advanced courses, etc.). Availability of a certificate of assignment (confirmation) of the highest qualification category in this specialty. Work experience in the specialty for more than 10 years.
Instructor-disinfector of the 7st qualification category: higher education (technical) in the field of training “Medicine”, specialty “Medical and preventive care”. Specialization according to work profile. Advanced training (advanced courses, etc.). Availability of a certificate of assignment (confirmation) of the first qualification category in this specialty. Work experience in the specialty for more than XNUMX years.
Instructor-disinfector of the II qualification category: higher education (technical) in the field of training “Medicine”, specialty “Medical and preventive care”. Specialization according to work profile. Advanced training (advanced courses, etc.). Availability of a certificate of assignment (confirmation) of the II qualification category in this specialty. Work experience in the specialty for more than 5 years.
Instructor-disinfector: higher education (junior specialist) in the field of training "Medicine", specialty "Medical and preventive care". Specialization according to work profile. No work experience requirements.

During the absence of the Disinfector Instructor (illness, vacation, business trip, etc.), his duties are performed by a person appointed by order of the general director of the enterprise. This person acquires the corresponding rights and is responsible for the high-quality and timely performance of the duties assigned to him.

II. Official duties

Instructor-disinfector:

Guided by the current legislation of Ukraine on health care and regulations that determine the activities of health care institutions.
Organizes and carries out disinfection measures, determines their scope, methods and means of disinfection of individual objects.
Controls the production and use of disinfectant solutions, the use of equipment and equipment, the quality of disinfection performed, and compliance by disinfectors with personal and public safety rules and labor protection rules when carrying out disinfection work.
Proficient in resuscitation techniques, able to provide assistance in case of traumatic injury, bleeding, collapse, poisoning, drowning, mechanical asphyxia, anaphylactic shock, burns, frostbite, and allergic conditions.
Adheres to the principles of medical deontology.
Maintains medical records.
Constantly improves his professional level.

III. Rights

The instructor-disinfector has the right to:

Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise regarding its activities.
Participate in the discussion of issues related to the performance of his duties.
Make suggestions for improving the work related to the provisions of this instruction.
Within the limits of his competence, inform his immediate supervisor about all those identified in the course of his activities, and make proposals for their elimination.
Require the management of the enterprise to assist in the performance of their duties.

IV. A responsibility

The instructor-disinfector is responsible

For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties, as well as for non-use or directly to their rights provided for by this Job Description - to the extent determined by the current legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation on labor of Ukraine.
