I. General Provisions

  1. The grain processing operator is directly subordinated to _______.

  • ways to detect malfunctions in the operation of serviced equipment.

II. Official duties

The grain processing operator performs the following duties:

  1. Maintenance and organization of the technological process of processing (drying) grain and seeds of various crops for food, fodder and seed purposes in gas-recirculating, recirculating-isothermal grain dryers and grain dryers with grain preheating.
  2. Maintenance, control of grain dryers with grain recirculation from the control panel.
  3. Combustion of gaseous fuel.
  4. Regulation of the combustion process, draft and temperature conditions of the serviced equipment.
  5. Regulation of grain dryer operation, grain movement in dryers, preheating of grain, amount and temperature of drying agent, grain heating temperature in drying chambers, cooling of dried grain in cooling chambers.
  6. Determination of the multiplicity of recirculation and the choice of grain drying modes.
  7. Ensuring the quality of drying and reducing the moisture content of grain and seeds to a level that meets the requirements of the state standard.
  8. Calculation of the required amount and temperature of the coolant and grain moisture.
  9. Monitoring the operation of the serviced equipment for preliminary cleaning of grain.
  10. Monitoring the operation of furnaces, pumps, fuel lines, blowers and other equipment.

III. Rights

The grain processing operator has the right to:

  1. give assignments to subordinate employees, tasks on a range of issues included in his functional duties;
  2. control the fulfillment of production tasks, the timely execution of individual orders by employees subordinate to him;
  3. to request and receive the necessary materials and documents related to the issues of their activities and activities of employees subordinate to him;
  4. interact with other services of the enterprise on production and other issues that are part of its functional duties;
  5. get acquainted with the draft decisions of the company's management regarding the activities of the Division;
  6. propose for consideration by the manager proposals for improving the work related to the duties provided for in this Job Description;
  7. submit for consideration by the head of the proposal on the promotion of distinguished employees, the imposition of penalties on violators of production and labor discipline;
  8. report to the manager on all identified violations and shortcomings in connection with the work performed.

IV. A responsibility

The grain processing operator is responsible for:

  1. For failure to perform (improper performance) of their official duties provided for by this Job Description, within the limits determined by the current labor legislation of Ukraine.
  2. For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
  3. For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.

Sunlight cool material 21.08.2017

Scientists from the University of Colorado at Boulder have developed a material that has the property of passive cooling. Simply put, he does not need water or electricity for this. At the same time, interestingly, it reduces the temperature under the influence of sunlight. Yes, this is such a physical paradox.

The principle of operation of the material is that it reflects visible light, and removes infrared (thermal) radiation. It was created by adding scattering glass microspheres to a polymer film. A thin silver coating was placed underneath to ensure maximum reflectivity. This allows the material to "paradoxically" cool in the sun.

Such material can be used to cool solar panels, which will generally increase the efficiency of solar energy. After all, the useful power of solar panels drops from overheating.
