I. General Provisions

The equipment cleaner is appointed to the position and dismissed by the head of the department in agreement with the head of the department.
Upon transfer to another job or dismissal from the position, the Equipment Cleaner is responsible for the proper and timely handover of cases to the person entering this position, and in the absence of such, to the person replacing him or directly to his supervisor.

the purpose and arrangement of individual components and mechanisms of the serviced equipment, cleaning instructions, cleaning and fanning schedules;
rules for starting, stopping, regulating and adjusting the equipment being serviced, disassembling individual mechanisms and machine components;
properties of detergents and rules for handling them;
the impact of poor equipment cleaning on product quality.

II. Official duties

The Equipment Cleaner is responsible for the following:

Cleaning of knitting equipment and devices for it from dust, fluff, fires, dirt and waste oil; equipment shutdown in accordance with the cleaning schedule and instructions.
Removal of parts, cases and guards.
Dismantling of the main binders, additional and pattern-forming mechanisms, viewing parts and identifying defects, replacing worn parts.
Wiping or washing parts with detergents.
Cleaning of lubrication holes, lubrication of rubbing surfaces, assembly and installation of removed parts (cases and guards after cleaning.
Regulation and adjustment of serviced equipment; start-up of the equipment after cleaning, check for softness of the course; cleaning quality control; assembly of individual components and mechanisms.
Delivery of equipment after cleaning to the assistant master.

III. Rights

The equipment cleaner has the right to:

give assignments to subordinate employees, tasks on a range of issues included in his functional duties;
control the fulfillment of production tasks, the timely execution of individual orders by employees subordinate to him;
to request and receive the necessary materials and documents related to the issues of their activities and activities of employees subordinate to him;
interact with other services of the enterprise on production and other issues that are part of its functional duties;
get acquainted with the draft decisions of the company's management regarding the activities of the Division;
propose for consideration by the manager proposals for improving the work related to the duties provided for in this Job Description;
submit for consideration by the head of the proposal on the promotion of distinguished employees, the imposition of penalties on violators of production and labor discipline;
report to the manager on all identified violations and shortcomings in connection with the work performed.

IV. A responsibility

The equipment cleaner is responsible for:

improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description - within the limits determined by the labor legislation of Ukraine;
violation of the rules and regulations governing the activities of the enterprise;
offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine;
infliction of material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor and civil legislation of Ukraine;
compliance with current instructions, orders and orders for the preservation of trade secrets and confidential information;
compliance with internal regulations, safety and fire safety rules.

Despite the fact that durian itself is not such a popular and beloved fruit by many people, it is still widely known as a fruit with a pleasant taste and an extremely unpleasant smell. In Thailand, for example, durian is such a popular food item that a talented material engineering team at Thai National University even decided to try it out as the basis for developing a new type of special hydrogel patch aimed at healing wounds as quickly as possible. And, what is most interesting, they actually managed to pull it off, despite all the difficulties.

It is worth noting that durian skin is based on quite a lot of high quality cellulose, which has served as a replacement for more traditional synthetic polymers, widely used as a foundation for creating hydrogel patches.

Hydrogel itself is not unusual and is widely used to accelerate wound healing and eliminate possible large scars. That is why a team of specialists from the Thai University, having previously carried out the extraction of cellulose from durian skin, was able to competently mix it with other synthetic components, as well as with some metal ions, whose amount was also reduced - which had a positive effect on the cost and environmental friendliness of this kind of patches. As a result, the specialists managed to create something really unique and unusual, because their plasters turned out to be not only very durable and resistant to wear, but also much more effective in the context of wound healing.

At the moment, such a Thai development is a preliminary technological concept and so far does not claim to be widely distributed in the world - however, subsequently, the research team will definitely conduct an appropriate study and present all the necessary points that indicate the possibility of commercializing this development. Already now there is no doubt that this development will be really interesting and unusual.
