I. General Provisions

  1. The extruder operator reports directly to _______.

  • device and principle of operation of the serviced equipment;
  • rules for the use of control and measuring devices and tools;
  • physical and chemical properties of the raw materials used;
  • requirements for the quality of manufactured materials and products.
  1. When transferring to another job or dismissal from office, the Extruder Operator is responsible for the proper and timely handover of cases to the person taking on this position, and in the absence of such, to the person replacing him or directly to his supervisor.

II. Official duties

The extruder machinist performs the following job responsibilities:

  1. Managing the manufacturing process and calibration on extruders and extrusion rotary automated lines of profiles of complex section (hollow, monolithic, flat, corrugated types PPO-4, PPO-21, PPO-23, PPO-24, PPO-25), decorative overlays, skids , films and products from them, sheets, artificial threads and bristles, pipes with a diameter of up to 110 mm and other products made of PVC, polystyrene, polyethylene and other mixtures.
  2. Preparing the extruder for operation: cleaning, selection and installation of the head and die, setting the head gaps, heating the cylinder and head zones to the specified temperature.
  3. Adjustment of extruder units under the guidance of an extruder operator of higher qualification for the specified parameters: extruder, blowing, cutting and receiving-winding devices, cooling system and instrumentation.
  4. Preparation of used devices and tools.
  5. Preparation of the mixture for extrusion and its periodic loading into the extruder.
  6. Ensuring the synchronous operation of the extruder units and the extrusion rotary line under the guidance of a more highly qualified extruder operator.
  7. Regulation of the number of revolutions of the screw, the thickness of the material, the operation of the winding and cutting mechanisms.
  8. Control over the established technological regime according to the indications of instrumentation.
  9. Periodic control over the compliance of manufactured materials and products with samples and drawings.
  10. Removal of finished products and bobbins with finished materials from the winder.
  11. Weighing, marking of finished products and products, their transfer for sorting, sorting, packaging.

III. Rights

The extruder operator has the right to:

  1. give assignments to subordinate employees, tasks on a range of issues included in his functional duties.
  2. control the fulfillment of production tasks, the timely execution of individual orders by subordinate employees.
  3. request and receive the necessary materials and documents related to the issues of its activities and the activities of employees subordinate to it.
  4. interact with other services of the enterprise on production and other issues that are part of its functional duties.
  5. get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise regarding the activities of the Division.
  6. propose for consideration by the manager proposals for improving the work related to the duties provided for in this Job Description.
  7. submit for consideration by the head of the proposal on the promotion of distinguished employees, the imposition of penalties on violators of production and labor discipline.
  8. report to the manager on all identified violations and shortcomings in connection with the work performed.

IV. A responsibility

The extruder operator is responsible for:

  1. improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description - within the limits determined by the labor legislation of Ukraine.
  2. violation of the rules and regulations governing the activities of the enterprise.
  3. offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
  4. causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor and civil legislation of Ukraine.
  5. compliance with current instructions, orders and orders for the preservation of trade secrets and confidential information.
  6. compliance with internal regulations, safety and fire safety rules.

STMicroelectronics' new MP34DT05TR-A digital microphone is designed for audio applications that require small footprint, high sound quality and wide dynamic range. The MP34DT05TR-A features a high sensitivity of -26 dBFS +-3 dB and a good signal-to-noise ratio of 64 dB.

MEMS technology provides reliable microphone performance in a variety of automotive applications for voice control, as well as in industrial applications where operating conditions require high overload capacity and mechanical strength. Microphones based on MEMS technology provide excellent sound quality. They are less sensitive to mechanical vibrations, temperature changes and electromagnetic interference than traditional microphones. The MEMS process makes these mics the perfect stereo solution wherever two or more perfectly matched mics are required. MEMS microphones are omnidirectional, which means they are equally sensitive to sound coming from any direction in space. A wide frequency range makes it possible to use a MEMS microphone as a vibration sensor, including in the ultrasonic range.
