I. General Provisions

The Special Account Manager ensures maximum sales of products based on the organization of the effective operation of existing and new distribution channels. Working with non-profit organizations.

The Special Account Manager must know and apply in the process of work:

sales principles rules;

II. Official duties

Special Account Manager:

Organizes the promotion of products through distribution channels in the areas of its area of responsibility in the city.
Knows the financial position of partner companies.
Knows the territorial and economic location of partner companies.
Owns information about the availability of products at the CGP in real time and supply plans.
Develops long-term and short-term sales plans for partner companies.
Searches for new clients.
Takes part in the search for new promising areas for the sale of products, new forms of work with partners.
Resolves disputes with partner companies.
Controls the timeliness of fulfillment by partners of the payment schedule for products received with deferred payment.
Maintains established reporting forms.
Negotiates with partner companies on the implementation of the latest sales plans.
Submits to the head of the ORM its recommendations on granting discounts and (or) deferrals of payments.
Organizes the participation of partner companies in marketing events held.
Controls partner companies in compliance with standards for transportation, storage and promotion of products.
Observes "Rules of the internal labor schedule".
Keeps confidential information constituting a trade secret.

III. Rights

The Special Account Manager is authorized to:

submit proposals for improvement, change in the nature of work in order to increase labor productivity; proposals to eliminate the shortcomings identified in the course of the work. In the absence of an adequate response from the immediate supervisor to the proposals made, the employee has the right to contact the indirect supervisor.
performing duties, be guided by the Job Description and instructions of the immediate supervisor.
independently resolve issues within their competence.
make suggestions for improving the work related to their duties.
communicate with representatives of the media as an employee of the enterprise only with the permission of the immediate supervisor.
appeal against the actions of the head in accordance with the Labor Code of Ukraine, other regulatory documents.

IV. A responsibility

The Special Account Manager is responsible for:

Financial responsibility - for actions that caused material damage.
Functional - for failure to fulfill the functions and duties specified in this instruction.
Organizational and managerial - for the accuracy of the performance of official duties by subordinates, as well as special instructions and orders for the work of the department.

V. Interaction

Internal communications
Gets:

information from the accounting department about the amount of the prepayment or the amount of the client's debt;
information from logistics about third-party products in transit and upcoming purchases;
information from the dispatching service on the planned production volumes;
information from the security service on the financial condition of firms;
information from the marketing department about marketing research.

Transmits:

information to the accounting department on the financial condition of customers;
report on the implementation of the work plan for the week, month.

External communications
Gets:

information from firms, wholesale customers, other dairy plants.

Transmits:

information to firms engaged in the sale of products, wholesale customers on products, prices and assortment.
