I. General Provisions

This Job Description defines the functional duties, rights and responsibilities of the Head of the Supply Department.
The head of the supply department is the main organizer of the enterprise's strategy in the field of logistics.

During the period of temporary absence of the Head of the Supply Department, his duties are performed by a person appointed by order of the General Director of the enterprise. This person acquires the corresponding rights and is responsible for the high-quality and timely performance of the duties assigned to him.

II. Official duties

Organization of the process of providing raw materials, supplies, goods, tools, workwear, household equipment, etc.
Monitor the correctness and timeliness of execution of assigned tasks by department employees.
Manage the development of draft long-term and annual logistics plans.
Monitor the state of stocks of raw materials and goods, take measures to minimize them.
Perform work related to the preparation of claims against suppliers.
Manage work:

on technical and economic analysis in the field of logistics;
on the development of enterprise standards for logistics;
to improve the quality of products.

Participate in the coordination of conditions and conclusion of supply contracts for the logistics of the enterprise, take measures to expand direct relations with suppliers.
Organize the operational accounting of supply operations.
Timely prepare and submit for approval cost estimates for purchases in accordance with the current Planning Regulations.
Monitor compliance with payment standards for the department, in accordance with the approved estimate.
Compile and submit required reports to the accounting department in a timely and complete manner.
Monitor the timely submission of reports to the accounting department by employees of the department.

III. Rights

The head of the supply department has the right to:

To give instructions to subordinate employees and services, tasks on a range of issues included in his functional duties.
Require the heads of all departments to provide the necessary materials, reports, information for planning and organizing the planned work of the transport department.
Request and receive the necessary materials and documents related to the issues of its activities, services and divisions subordinate to it.

Take part in the development of the company's strategy and pricing policy in the field of logistics.
Coordinate the interaction of the department with other divisions of the Enterprise in accordance with developed and approved technological systems.

IV. A responsibility

The Purchasing Manager is responsible for:

Results and efficiency of production activity of the enterprise.
Failure to ensure the fulfillment of his functional responsibilities and the responsibilities of the enterprise’s subordinate services regarding production activities.
Inaccurate information about the status of execution of production tasks by subordinate services.
Failure to comply with orders, instructions and instructions from the Deputy Director for Logistics.
Failure to take measures to suppress the identified violations of safety regulations, fire and other rules that pose a threat to the normal (safe) activities of the enterprise, its employees.
Failure to ensure compliance with labor and performance discipline by employees of subordinates of the service and personnel under his subordination.
Violation of the internal regulations of the enterprise.
