I. General Provisions

The receptionist belongs to the category of technical performers.
A person with a secondary vocational education, office work experience of at least __ (1 year; 2 years; 3 years; etc.) is appointed to the position of receptionist.
The receptionist must know:

enterprise management structure;
location of structural divisions and individual specialists of the enterprise;
basic business etiquette and protocol;
technical equipment of the office;
routing adopted by the enterprise;
instructions of the security service on the access of visitors to the facilities of the enterprise;
foreign language;
business standards;
technical equipment of the office;
basic rules for using office equipment;
rules of internal labor regulations;
rules and norms of labor protection, safety measures, industrial sanitation and fire protection.

Appointment to the position of a receptionist and dismissal from office is carried out by order of the head of the enterprise.
The receptionist reports directly to _______.
During the absence of the receptionist (vacation, illness, etc.), his duties are performed by a person appointed in the prescribed manner. This person acquires the appropriate rights and is responsible for the proper performance of the duties assigned to him.

II. Official duties

Receptionist:

Receives telephone calls and visitors at the reception office (enterprise).
Understands the needs of callers and visitors.
Redirects requests to the appropriate employees in the enterprise.
It registers the time, the purpose of the appeal, as well as data on the actions taken (the initials of the person to whom the visitor was redirected, the name of the department, the number of the office, etc.).
Provides answers to visitors' questions within its competence.
Explains to visitors the route of movement within the enterprise.
Organizes an escort of the visitor to the required department or to the responsible employee of the enterprise.
Informs the relevant departments and employees about the upcoming visit, about its postponement or cancellation.
Performs related functions.

III. Rights

The receptionist has the right:

Get acquainted with the documents that define his rights and obligations in his position, the criteria for assessing the quality of performance of official duties.
Require the management of the enterprise to ensure the organizational and technical conditions and execution of the established documents necessary for the performance of official duties.

IV. A responsibility

The receptionist is responsible for:

For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description - within the limits established by the current labor legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of their activities - within the limits established by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage to the enterprise - within the limits established by the current labor and civil legislation of Ukraine.

LG Pocket Photo 2 27.12.2013

LG introduced the second model of miniature Pocket Photo printer. The device as a whole has become somewhat smaller: 120 x 76 x 20 mm versus 121 x 72 x 24 mm for the first model. The built-in battery is enough to print 30 photos, and the internal tray is designed for the same number of sheets.

As before, the baby can receive printable files via Bluetooth or NFC. Android, iOS and Windows 8 operating systems are supported. The resolution of the final photo is 600 x 313 pixels.

The novelty, like the first model, uses ZINK Imaging technology, requiring no ink or toner for printing. Instead, ZINK technology is used: a special paper is used with four-color dye crystals embedded in the structure. The crystals are activated by a thermal point effect, which is exerted on them by a special heating element. Thus, a full-color image is obtained on paper.

The mini printer is equipped with a Bluetooth adapter and an NFC microchip for wireless connection to a cell phone or computer. The companion app lets you edit images, apply effects and frames, add a QR code, and prepare pictures for ID printing.

LG Pocket Photo 2 will be available in January 2014 in white, pink and yellow.
