I. General Provisions

The instructor of the security organization service belongs to the category of specialists.
A person who has a secondary vocational education and work experience in security organizations for at least 1 year or a secondary vocational education and work experience as an instructor in the organization of a security unit service for at least 2 years is appointed to the position of instructor of the security organization service.
Appointment to the position and dismissal from it is carried out by order of the director of the enterprise on the proposal of _______.
The instructor of the security organization service must know:

orders, instructions, regulations and other regulatory documents regulating the activities of the service for organizing the protection of objects;
requirements for technical staffing and equipping of objects, warehouses and other separate premises with the storage of material assets with means of security and fire alarms;
purpose and performance data used at the facilities of fire and security alarms;
the structure of the protected organization, the mode of operation of its divisions;
rules of internal labor regulations;
Access control instructions;
the order of inspection of things and personal inspection of workers and employees;
the procedure for filing materials for persons detained for theft, drinking alcohol at work and being in the workplace in a state of intoxication;
rules and norms of labor protection and safety, industrial sanitation and fire protection.

During the absence of an instructor of the security organization service (illness, vacation, etc.), his duties are performed by a person appointed in the prescribed manner.

II. Official duties

Security Instructor:

Engaged in the organization of the service for the protection of objects.
Controls the timely and accurate execution of orders and orders by personnel, the correct maintenance of official documentation.
Analyzes the results of the work of personnel.
Develops action plans to strengthen the protection of facilities, increase the efficiency of the use of available forces and means.
Summarizes and disseminates best practices in the organization of the service.
Supervises the service of the outfits: checks the posts at least three times a week in the evening and at night.
Summarizes the results of inspections and prepares proposals to eliminate the identified deficiencies.

III. Rights

The instructor of the security organization service has the right to:

Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the organization's management regarding its activities.
On issues within its competence, submit proposals for improving the security of the enterprise for consideration by the management of the organization.
To request personally or on behalf of his immediate supervisor from the heads of departments of the enterprise and specialists information and documents necessary for the performance of his duties.
Require the management of the enterprise to assist in the performance of his duties and rights.

IV. A responsibility

The security manager is responsible for:

For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor and civil legislation of Ukraine.
