I. General Provisions

  1. The doctor-intern belongs to the category of specialists.
  2. A person with a higher medical education is appointed to the position of an intern doctor without presenting requirements for work experience.
  3. Appointment to the position of an intern doctor and dismissal from it is carried out by order of the head of the healthcare institution upon presentation.
  4. The intern should know:
  • laws of Ukraine and other normative legal acts on health issues;
  • methods of providing medicinal and emergency medical care to the population;
  • theoretical knowledge in the chosen specialty, various activities (organizational, diagnostic, consultative, therapeutic, preventive);
  • modern methods of treatment, diagnosis and drug provision of patients;
  • Legislation on labor and labor protection of Ukraine;
  • rules of internal labor regulations;
  • rules and norms of labor protection, safety measures, industrial sanitation and fire protection.
  1. The intern doctor reports directly to the specialist doctor.

II. Official duties

Intern doctor:

  1. Carries out the functions of a doctor under the guidance of a specialist doctor, being equally responsible for his actions with him.
  2. Works in accordance with the standard plan for the training of interns.
  3. Reports quarterly on the implementation of his individual plan at a general meeting of interns with the participation of chief specialists and teachers of the medical institute (faculty) responsible for the training of interns.
  4. Complies with the rules of internal labor regulations of the health care institution in which the internship takes place.
  5. Upon completion of the internship training, he takes the final exam in his specialty.

III. Rights

The intern doctor has the right:

  1. Obtain information necessary for the quality performance of functional duties.
  2. Make proposals to the management on improving the quality of medical care for the population, improving the organization of work.
  3. Give orders to junior medical staff, control the volume and quality of their work.
  4. Take part in the work of meetings, conferences, sections, medical associations, where issues related to professional competence are considered.

IV. A responsibility

The Intern is responsible for:

  1. For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation of Ukraine.
  2. For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
  3. For errors in the conduct of therapeutic measures that entailed serious consequences for the patient - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation.

BLE 5.0 radio module RN4870 05.06.2018

Microchip's new RN4870 radio module is controlled using ASCII text commands and allows you to add Bluetooth Low Energy functionality to any IoT devices, including. and built on the weakest 8-bit microcontrollers.
