Work experience in the specialty for more than XNUMX years.
Occupational Therapy Instructor II qualification category: higher education (technical) in the direction of training "Medicine" in any medical specialty. Job specialization. Professional development (advanced courses, etc.). The presence of a certificate of assignment (confirmation) of the II qualification category in this specialty. Work experience in the specialty for more than 5 years.
Occupational Therapy Instructor: higher education (junior specialist) in the field of medicine in any medical specialty. Job specialization. No requirement for work experience.

II. Official duties

Occupational Therapy Instructor:

It is guided by the current legislation of Ukraine on health protection and regulatory legal acts that determine the activities of healthcare and social security institutions, the organization of medical care, including rehabilitation care for patients.
He applies modern methods of occupational therapy in accordance with the prescriptions of doctors, works under their supervision.
Prepares premises and workplaces.
Provides the process of occupational therapy with raw materials, materials, tools, necessary equipment.
Determines with the doctor for each patient the methods and ways of labor, the transition from simple to more complex labor processes.
Supervises the fulfillment by patients of prescriptions for occupational therapy.
Provides labor protection.
He knows the methods of resuscitation, is able to provide assistance in case of traumatic injury, bleeding, collapse, poisoning, drowning, mechanical asphyxia, anaphylactic shock, burns, where frostbite, allergic conditions.
Adheres to the principles of medical deontology.
Maintains medical records.
Constantly improves his professional level.

III. Rights

The occupational therapy instructor has the right to:

Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise regarding its activities.
Participate in the discussion of issues related to the performance of his duties.
Make suggestions for improving the work related to the provisions of this instruction.
Within the limits of his competence, inform his immediate supervisor about all those identified in the course of his activities, and make proposals for their elimination.
Require the management of the enterprise to assist in the performance of their duties.
