II. Official duties

Organizes work to ensure comfortable conditions, cleanliness and order in residential, socio-cultural and amenity premises of a residential building.
Carries out control over the reception and registration of vacationers who arrived at the boarding house (hotel).
Controls the correctness and timeliness of the execution of documents giving the right to stay and services.
Provides systematic control over the operation of the life support systems of the residential building (water supply, sewerage, electricity, communications, etc.), takes measures to eliminate the malfunctions that have arisen in their work.
Keeps a book of records of sanitary and fire supervision.
Supervises the work of the maintenance staff of the residential building, draws up work schedules, issues and receives inventory.
Draws up applications for providing the residential building with the necessary property, equipment and inventory, keeps records of the availability of material assets, ensures their safety.
Carries out, in accordance with the established procedure, recovery from persons guilty of damage or destruction of material assets.
Supervises the implementation of internal regulations and fire protection.
Keeps records of complaints and suggestions of vacationers, eliminates the noted shortcomings.
Carries out cultural and educational work to comply with ethical standards, prevent and resolve conflict situations between vacationers and service personnel.

III. Rights

The head of the residential building of the boarding house has the right to:

give assignments to subordinate employees, tasks on a range of issues included in his functional duties.
control the fulfillment of production tasks, the timely execution of individual orders by subordinate employees.
request and receive the necessary materials and documents related to the issues of its activities and the activities of employees subordinate to it.
interact with other services of the enterprise on production and other issues that are part of its functional duties.
get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise regarding the activities of the Division.
propose for consideration by the manager proposals for improving the work related to the duties provided for in this Job Description.
submit for consideration by the head of the proposal on the promotion of distinguished employees, the imposition of penalties on violators of production and labor discipline.
report to the manager on all identified violations and shortcomings in connection with the work performed.

The head of the residential building of the boarding house (hotel) has the right to communicate with the press, transfer official information to other organizations as an employee of the enterprise:

only with the permission of the immediate supervisor;
within the framework of the functions performed by the position;
on all matters related to your field of activity in the enterprise.

IV. A responsibility

The head of the residential building of the boarding house is responsible for:

improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description - within the limits determined by the labor legislation of Ukraine;
violation of the rules and regulations governing the activities of the enterprise;
offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine;
infliction of material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor and civil legislation of Ukraine;
compliance with current instructions, orders and orders for the preservation of trade secrets and confidential information;
compliance with internal regulations, safety and fire safety rules.
When transferring to another job or dismissal from a position, the Manager of the residential building of the boarding house is responsible for the proper and timely delivery of cases to the person taking up the current position, and in the absence of one, to the person replacing him or directly to his supervisor.
