I. General Provisions

The job description defines the job duties, powers and responsibilities, as well as the working conditions for the PC operator of the structural unit (hereinafter referred to as the Unit).
The PC operator is appointed to the position and dismissed from the position in accordance with the current labor legislation by order of the general director of the company.
The PC Operator reports to the Divisional Direct Sales Manager.
During the period of temporary absence of the PC operator, his duties are performed by a person appointed in the prescribed manner. This person acquires the relevant rights and is responsible for the performance of these duties.

II. In his work he is guided and must know

Fundamentals of informatics.
MS Office programs, Unit utilities.
Samples, forms, templates and document standards adopted by the company. Varieties and structure of documents, methods, rules and features of their preparation, design.
The procedure for systematizing information and compiling a database.
Organization and business standards.
Basics of business etiquette, business (including telephone) negotiation skills.
Rules for the use of office equipment and PC.
Internal labor regulations.
Rules and regulations of labor protection, safety and fire protection.
Rules for the use of office equipment and PC.
Internal labor regulations.

III. Official duties

Perform various computational and graphic work related to production activities, produce typing.
Register transactions and changes in the Division's database.
Write and fax invoices to customers.
Submit invoices to accounting.
Edit the agent database of clients in the database and print out the necessary information to the manager.
Check customer phone numbers against the database.
Send and receive letters of guarantee, price lists by fax.
Draw up forms and letters of guarantee, changes.
Receive calls received by the team in the absence of a manager.
Verify information provided by database managers.
Print documents necessary for the manager's work (price lists, letters of guarantee, texts of announcements).
Timely issue invoices and invoices, as well as relevant supporting documents.
Put the equipment in proper order after work; if necessary, wash and clean the equipment in accordance with the relevant operating instructions.
Maintain a positive morale in the office. Show mutual assistance, responsibility, trust, support, optimism.
Carry out separate official assignments of the immediate supervisor.
Follow the rules of the labor schedule adopted by the company.

IV. Official powers

Request from employees and managers of the Unit information and documents necessary for the performance of their duties.
Get acquainted with the documents that define the rights and obligations of the position held, the criteria for assessing the quality of performance of official duties.
Submit proposals for improvement of the work related to the responsibilities provided for in this instruction for consideration by the management.

V. Official responsibility

For non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of their official duties provided for by this instruction - within the limits established by the current labor legislation of Ukraine.
For failure to perform official duties.
For violation of the company's internal regulations.
For violation of business ethics.
For misuse of computer technology.
For offenses committed in the course of their activities, established by the current legislation of Ukraine.
For providing false information to management.
For careless attitude to record keeping.

VI. Working conditions

The operating mode of the PC operator is determined in accordance with the Internal Labor Regulations established by the company.
The PC operator, due to production needs, can go on business (local and regional) business trips.
