Of course, it is almost impossible to give recommendations on how to behave in all situations related to manifestations of terrorism. The most important thing is not to lose self-control, not to panic, to act adequately to the situation.

So, we can conclude that the surge of terrorism in Russia at the beginning of the XXI century. due to social contradictions associated with the process of reforming society. They have a negative impact on all aspects of public life in the country. The most important conditions for an effective fight against terrorism, along with the measures of law enforcement agencies and special services, are the identification and elimination of factors contributing to its occurrence, as well as the ability of citizens to resist it, to behave correctly in danger.

The current international situation does not offer any comforting predictions that the world community will be able to avoid violence in the new millennium. Violence and threats of its use will continue to be relevant. At present, terrorism in its various forms has become, in fact, a common occurrence even in countries that previously were examples of stability and civil harmony. According to Western experts, the current efforts of the international community are not capable of putting an end to terrorism, much less eliminating its causes. The fight against it is complicated, among other things, by the globalization of information, energy and financial systems. Therefore, it is one of the global problems facing humanity.

The sharp surge in terrorism observed in Russia is not, for all its surprise, something special. Its socio-political roots and methods of combating it should be sought in accordance with global practice and the historical experience of our state. The anti-terrorism program should include a system of legal, administrative and special measures. At the same time, the efforts of the whole society and every citizen are necessary. People's knowledge of the features of this dangerous social phenomenon and how to deal with it is an important factor in survival in the modern world.

In Finland, startup Pulpex has begun mass-producing paper whiskey bottles. The material for the startup is supplied by the logging company Stora Enso.
