It could be called differently: a trolley that does not take up space. He transported what he needed, folded it, put it in a shed against the wall - and you can’t see it behind other things. Convenient and easy to do. It is only necessary to accurately cut the material - plywood 4-6 mm thick or sheets of duralumin. The back wall is the main one - it is attached to the tubular handles. On its sides, the sides are hinged, and below, at the axis of the cart, also on hinges - the front wall.

To fasten the sides, you can put any latches, up to window ones, even hooks. It is important that the sides fit snugly against the walls, creating a stable structure.

When folding the cart, it is best to lay down the sides first.

Machine for thinning flowers in gardens 02.05.2024

In modern agriculture, technological progress is developing aimed at increasing the efficiency of plant care processes. The innovative Florix flower thinning machine was presented in Italy, designed to optimize the harvesting stage. This tool is equipped with mobile arms, allowing it to be easily adapted to the needs of the garden. The operator can adjust the speed of the thin wires by controlling them from the tractor cab using a joystick. This approach significantly increases the efficiency of the flower thinning process, providing the possibility of individual adjustment to the specific conditions of the garden, as well as the variety and type of fruit grown in it. After testing the Florix machine for two years on various types of fruit, the results were very encouraging. Farmers such as Filiberto Montanari, who has used a Florix machine for several years, have reported a significant reduction in the time and labor required to thin flowers. ... >>

Advanced Infrared Microscope 02.05.2024

Microscopes play an important role in scientific research, allowing scientists to delve into structures and processes invisible to the eye. However, various microscopy methods have their limitations, and among them was the limitation of resolution when using the infrared range. But the latest achievements of Japanese researchers from the University of Tokyo open up new prospects for studying the microworld. Scientists from the University of Tokyo have unveiled a new microscope that will revolutionize the capabilities of infrared microscopy. This advanced instrument allows you to see the internal structures of living bacteria with amazing clarity on the nanometer scale. Typically, mid-infrared microscopes are limited by low resolution, but the latest development from Japanese researchers overcomes these limitations. According to scientists, the developed microscope allows creating images with a resolution of up to 120 nanometers, which is 30 times higher than the resolution of traditional microscopes. ... >>

Air trap for insects 01.05.2024

Agriculture is one of the key sectors of the economy, and pest control is an integral part of this process. A team of scientists from the Indian Council of Agricultural Research-Central Potato Research Institute (ICAR-CPRI), Shimla, has come up with an innovative solution to this problem - a wind-powered insect air trap. This device addresses the shortcomings of traditional pest control methods by providing real-time insect population data. The trap is powered entirely by wind energy, making it an environmentally friendly solution that requires no power. Its unique design allows monitoring of both harmful and beneficial insects, providing a complete overview of the population in any agricultural area. “By assessing target pests at the right time, we can take necessary measures to control both pests and diseases,” says Kapil ... >>

MSP430FR6989 - a new microcontroller for stand-alone meters 31.05.2015

The MSP430FR6989 is a new low power microcontroller from Texas Instruments. In addition to the MSP430 core architecture, which was designed with a focus on low power consumption, this controller uses FRAM. This type of memory is by far the most energy efficient and the resource of its use is many times greater than the resource of FLASH and EEPROM memory.

The implementation of meters that process rotation or linear movement of sensitive elements is simplified thanks to the extended SCAN interface module. This module facilitates the processing of signals from LC circuits, Hall sensors, magneto-resistive sensors and optical sensors with very low power consumption.

The MSP430FR6989 implements an LCD driver for direct control of segment indicators, which can operate both in static mode and in dynamic mode with multiplexing from 2 to 8 common outputs.

The MSP430FR6989 contains rich analog peripherals: comparators, a 12-bit resolution A/D converter, and an onboard voltage reference. All GPIO pins support CapTouch technology, which allows you to implement capacitive touch controls without additional external components.

To speed up the process of calculating checksums for data transmission and hiding information from outsiders, the MSP430FR6989 implements a CRC16 / 32 computing module and an AES256 encryption module.

The MSP430FR6989 implements EnergyTrace++ technology for simple and convenient debugging with real-time consumption monitoring, showing the status of the core and all peripherals.

Main Parameters of MSP430FR6989

- amount of FRAM-memory: 128 kB;
- RAM-memory: 2 kB;
- LCD module: up to 320 segments;
- number of ADC channels: 16;
- ADC resolution: 12 bits;
- maximum core frequency: 16 MHz;
- real time clock with calendar;
- supply voltage: 1,8...3,6 V.
