The existence of an entropy rule for quantum entanglement has been proven 09.05.2024

Quantum mechanics continues to amaze us with its mysterious phenomena and unexpected discoveries. Recently, Bartosz Regula from the RIKEN Center for Quantum Computing and Ludovico Lamy from the University of Amsterdam presented a new discovery that concerns quantum entanglement and its relation to entropy. Quantum entanglement plays an important role in modern quantum information science and technology. However, the complexity of its structure makes understanding and managing it challenging. Regulus and Lamy's discovery shows that quantum entanglement follows an entropy rule similar to that for classical systems. This discovery opens new perspectives in the field of quantum information science and technology, deepening our understanding of quantum entanglement and its connection to thermodynamics. The results of the study indicate the possibility of reversibility of entanglement transformations, which could greatly simplify their use in various quantum technologies. Opening a new rule ... >>

Humane AI Pin Projector 08.01.2024

Humane, founded by former Apple engineers Imran Choudhry and Bethany Bongiorno, is introducing its latest creation, the AI Pin wearable device.

The new AI Pin gadget from Humane is another step forward in the development of wearable technology, opening up new horizons in the field of artificial intelligence. With its unique features, ease of use and futuristic design, it can become a key element in everyday life, combining convenience and technological advancement.

The AI Pin is a compact, square device that attaches to clothing and is equipped with OpenAI GPT-4 models and artificial intelligence from Microsoft. It requires a $24 monthly cellular subscription, which includes T-Mobile data coverage and access to artificial intelligence capabilities.

However, what makes AI Pin unique is its revolutionary "laser ink display" feature. This innovative technology allows a green monochrome user interface to be projected directly onto the user's palm at 720p resolution.

The new product provides the ability to interact with the device using gestures and voice commands, providing wide functionality such as photographing, translation and calorie recognition. Thanks to the Cosmos operating system, which automatically routes user requests to the appropriate tools, this screenless wearable device can function without the need to manually download programs.

The AI Pin is lightweight, weighing only 34 grams, plus an additional 20 grams for the battery booster. It features a 13-megapixel camera and a personal speaker that adjusts the volume for individual or group settings. The device also supports connection to headphones via Bluetooth.

The proposed device is designed with user convenience and intuitive accessibility in mind. The company's vision is to enable a futuristic and seamless integration of artificial intelligence into everyday life, possibly transforming the way we interact with technology.
