The glass is glued to a small tray. A small cardboard circle is sewn into the center of the scarf. Show a glass on a tray, then cover it with a handkerchief.

Raise the handkerchief (hold it by the cardboard disc, as if you were holding a glass) and tilt the tray towards you. Stand behind some object on your table so that it covers the tray. The audience thinks you are holding a glass. Throw the handkerchief into the air and catch it as it falls - the glass is gone.

Organ transplantation without tissue rejection 14.04.2021

Scientists at the Brazilian University of Sao Paulo have managed to create an organ for transplantation that will not be rejected by the body. The technology has now been tested on rats. For them, the researchers grew a functional liver in a special incubator.

The technology developed by the Brazilians involves the treatment of the body of a deceased person with a special solution. It removes all the cells, leaving only the matrix, on which the cells of the future organ recipient are subsequently transplanted.

Thanks to this method, doctors will be able to use in transplantation those organs that are now considered unsuitable. Also, due to the transplantation of own cells, the rejection of the transplanted organ does not occur.

"The plan is to produce the human liver in the laboratory at the right scale. This will avoid a long wait for a compatible donor and reduce the risk of rejection of the transplanted organ," said one of the authors of the study, Luis Carlos de Caires-Junior.
