Factors of human unhappiness

The experts came to the conclusion that there are factors on which the level of unhappiness of a person depends. In order to determine them, a whole study was organized.

The study was conducted by the British consulting group Oxford Economics and scientists from the National Center for Social Research in Britain. The goal was to identify the factors in life that cause people to feel unhappy. The survey covered about 8 thousand residents of Britain. During the experiment, the emotions and behavioral rituals of the respondents were also analyzed.

The results of the study showed that the most unhappy are those who often have to eat alone. Scientists have seen that those who have to / like to eat dinner, lunch or breakfast alone are more likely to experience feelings of anxiety. In addition, frequent trips on public transport, worsening weather, constant employment, family problems and lack of sleep make people unhappy.

The researchers, after finding the results, decided to conduct some more experiments to see if these factors of unhappiness could be combated. It has been shown that the level of happiness increased significantly in those who ate surrounded by family or friends. Also, anxiety disappeared after communicating with people in reality, walking in nature and increasing the time for sleep.
