In automatic mode, the device works as follows. When the liquid level in the tank rises, the annular permanent magnet 8 (Fig. 2), which is fixed on the rod 6 connected to the float 9, approaches the upper level reed switch 3 (SF2 in the diagram) from below and causes it to close. SCR VS1 opens, relay K1 is activated, turning on the pump motor with contacts K1.1 and K1.2 and self-locking with contacts K1.3 (if the relay is not clearly self-locking, its winding must be shunted with an oxide capacitor with a capacity of 10 ... 50 microfarads).
The pump pumps out the liquid, its level in the tank decreases, approaching the set lower level. The magnet approaches the city committee 2 (SF3 according to the scheme) of the lower level and causes it to close. Trinistor VS2 opens, relay K2 is activated and its contacts K2.1 break the control electrode circuit of the trinistor. The trinistor closes, turning off the pump motor. If, after closing the contacts of the reed switch 3 and turning on the pump, for some reason the liquid level continues to rise, the alarm reed switch 4 closes and the electric bell HA1 sounds. When the liquid level changes, the rod together with the float 9 performs reciprocating movements in the guide rings 7. Studs 5 serve to limit the stroke of the rod. Reed switches are mounted on rack 1. To work in manual mode, the SA1 "Automatic" toggle switch is switched to the "Off" position. and control the pump using the buttons SB1 "Start", SB2 "Stop". In order for the system to work for periodic filling of the tank, it is necessary to swap the reed switches of the upper and lower levels (or the conductors connected to them). The device can use any transformer with a power of 10 ... 15 W with a voltage on the secondary winding of 26 ... 30 V. Relay K1 - RPU-0 or any other with a trip current of 50 ... 150 mA and contacts rated for switched current not less than 2 A; K2 and KZ-RES9, passport RS4.524.200. Toggle switches Q1 - TV 1-4, and SA1 -TP1-2. Electric bell HA1 - ZP 127-220 V. Trinistors VS1-VS3 - KU201 or KU202 with any letter index. When using an electric motor with a power of more than 500 W, it must be turned on through an additional starter.
