The transmitter operates in the UHF (UHF) range and is built on one microcircuit and two microwave transistors. It provides ideal color picture quality at a distance of about 50 m. The maximum range depends on the sensitivity of the TV, the antennas used, and for a color image it is 300 m, and for black and white - more than 500.

Coils L1, L4, L5 contain 1.5 turns each (a ring with leads down) of 0.5 mm PEV wire, and coil L3 2 + 2 turns of the same wire, and consists of two halves, between which the L4 coil is placed. The gap between the coils L3 and L4 is about 1 mm. The L2 coil is taken from the sound rejection circuit of any TV. The L2 C12 circuit is tuned to a sound subcarrier frequency of 6.5 MHz, so the C12 capacitor may be of a different capacity, which was part of the TV circuit.

The details of the transmitter are placed on a printed circuit board made of fiberglass laminated on one side. The circuit diagram is drawn in such a way that it is easy to draw the PCB layout from it. In this case, it should be borne in mind that the width of the conductors must be at least 1 mm. The ground conductor is made by solid filling of the free space of the board, at a distance of 1-2 mm from other conductors. It is important that the pins of the microcircuit 5 and 14 are connected to each other under the microcircuit and to the ground in the shortest possible way. You should strive to ensure that the remaining conductors are of a minimum length. It is obligatory to solder both conclusions of the emitter of microwave transistors.

The board is closed from above with a brass screen 20...25 mm high with holes opposite the adjustment elements (R7, C13, 14, 21, L2) and the antenna output. The screen is soldered along the contour from the bottom of the board. To install the antenna on the board, a brass sleeve with an M2 internal thread is soldered, where the antenna pin is wrapped. The antenna is a piece of bare copper wire from a lighting wire with a cross section of 2.5 mm2. The length of the antenna is selected experimentally and is approximately 30 cm.

The setting comes down to setting the modulation point with the resistor R7 (this also changes the operating frequency) by the absence of green contours and pink "draws" in the image, contours and matching with the antenna. Lastly, the L2 circuit is tuned to a frequency of 6.5 MHz (you can hear it by pure sound transmission). The output signal of the transmitter must have sufficient power to receive "on the input" of the TV from a distance of about a meter.

American scientists conducted a study to determine the main factors contributing to this addiction and offer recommendations for its prevention. Over the course of six years, 385 teenagers were followed to find out what factors may predispose them to gambling addiction. The results showed that 90% of study participants were not at risk of addiction, while 10% became gambling addicts. Ultra-strong carbon nanotube nanowires 10.01.2013

American physicists have created a new type of carbon nanotubes suitable for use as a material for weaving heavy-duty and electrically conductive "threads" and have published instructions for their creation in the journal Science.

“Finally, we managed to create a fiber from nanotubes with properties that no other material has. It looks like an ordinary black cotton thread, but combines the properties of metal wires and strong carbon tubes,” said Matteo Pasquali, leader of the physicist group ( Matteo Pasquali of Rice University in Houston (USA).

Pasquali and his colleagues were able to adapt nanotubes for industrial use after a decade of experimenting with "packaging" and tying individual nanotubes into a filament. As the researchers note, since the discovery of carbon nanotubes in 1991, they were predicted to have a great future in modern industry. They have many useful properties - good electrical and thermal conductivity, high strength and mechanical stability. The very first experiments showed that nanotubes are extremely difficult to apply in practice due to their small size and difficulties in connecting and interlacing them into single fibers.

The authors of the article were able to solve this problem with the help of a special solvent - chlorosulfonic acid, capable of dissolving carbon nanotubes. According to Pasquali and his colleagues, this solution is a thick liquid in which single tubes behave like liquid crystals. The researchers studied the properties of the solution and were surprised to find that it could be used to spin fiber in a spinning machine used to make Kevlar and other polymers. Physicists wove several trial "versions" of the fiber, gradually choosing the optimal conditions for the manufacture of full-fledged nanotube filaments.

Having received a sufficient number of threads, the scientists tested them in action - they measured their electrical and thermal conductivity, and also evaluated their mechanical strength. According to physicists, their invention exceeded their wildest expectations - the filaments retained the high strength, electrical and thermal conductivity of individual nanotubes. According to scientists, their brainchild conducts current no worse than wires made of aluminum, copper or gold, and at the same time, carbon filaments are much more flexible than metal conductors. In addition, these threads are distinguished by high thermal conductivity - they are not inferior to the best graphite threads, which were considered leaders in this field.

Pasquali and his colleagues believe that their invention will find application primarily in electronics and aviation, where carbon filaments can replace metal wires, which will facilitate and reduce the cost of the design of such devices. In addition, such threads can become the basis for new ultra-strong materials with high flexibility and thermal conductivity.
