lean towards the face of the victim;
take a deep breath with your mouth open;
cover the mouth of the victim with your lips, covering his nose with your cheek or two fingers of the hand located on his forehead, exhale, blowing air into his mouth;
when lifting the chest of the victim, which indicates the entry of air, turn away the face to inhale, while the interval between artificial breaths should be 5 s.

To do this, with the fingers of both hands, the lower jaw is captured from behind by the corners, the thumbs rest against the edge of the jaw below the mouth, the jaw is pushed forward so that the lower teeth are in front of the upper ones.

An indicator of the effectiveness of artificial respiration, in addition to lifting the chest, is the pinking of the skin, the appearance of consciousness and breathing in the victim.

Artificial respiration "from mouth to nose" is performed when it is impossible to open his mouth with clenched teeth.
