I propose a diagram of a simple power plant (see figure), which can be used as an on-board network of a bicycle with an electric generator.

Features of the power plant: seven output voltages (selected by switch SA7); the possibility of smooth voltage adjustment (switch SA6 and variable resistor R17); polarity switching (switch SA8); the presence of two output plugs for powering imported (XP1) and domestic (XP2) equipment; Possibility of battery power or "on the go"; headlight brightness control (potentiometer R10); turning the station on and off with one switch (SA1); indication of all modes.
When the bike starts moving, generator G1 generates voltage. But the rectifier (part of the circuit from generator G1 to point A) and the stabilizer (between points A and B) will not work until relay K1 is triggered at a certain voltage. After that, the rectified voltage is supplied to the input of the stabilizer DA1 (AN7812 or K142EN8B). The stabilized voltage is supplied either to the GB1 battery (if the SA3 switch is turned on), or to the output through an adjustable power amplifier on the VT1 transistor (if the SA2 switch is turned on).
Sometimes when powering sound reproducing equipment, a background is heard. In this case, you can apply a filter on capacitors C1 and C2 (from 0,01 to 0,5 uF). It is better to install the switch block on a separate board that serves as the front panel of the device. Each LED is best installed under "its" switch. It is desirable to have a built-in voltmeter with measurement limits of 0 ... 20 V. Before manufacturing the power plant, you need to rewind the generator to a voltage of 12 V.
