Autonomous bioenergy module BIOEN-1 is designed for waste-free, environmentally friendly processing of organic agricultural waste (manure, dung, feces, solid domestic waste, food waste, plant residues) into gaseous fuel - biogas, which is further converted into electrical or thermal energy, environmentally friendly organic fertilizers, devoid of nitrates and nitrites, pathogenic microflora, helminth eggs, weed seeds, specific odors.

The module includes:

2 bioreactors-methane tanks, 5 m3 each;
2 "wet type" gas tanks, 3 m3 each;
at the request of the customer, the module is completed with: a biogas heat generator with a power of 23 kW and an electric generator with a power of 2-4 kW, a household burner biogas stove, infrared biogas burners with a power of 5 kW.

The BIOEN-1 module can be assembled into batteries of 2, 3 and 4 sets for waste treatment:

from 50, 75, 100 heads of cattle;
from 500, 750 and 1000 heads of pigs;
from 5000, 7500 and 10000 birds.

Main characteristics of the BIOEN-1 module:

The daily amount of processed waste at a humidity of 85% - up to 1 ton;
The amount of biogas produced is up to 40 cubic meters. m / day;
Biogas does not contain hydrogen sulfide;
The amount of generated electrical energy - up to 80 kWh / day;
The amount of generated thermal energy - up to 230 kWh / day;
The amount of produced organic fertilizers - up to 1 ton / day;
The area of the premises heated by BIOEN-1 is from 150 to 200 m2;
Own energy requirements for maintaining the thermophilic (52-53 °C) process are 30%;
Service life - not less than 10 years;
The cost of one set is 12 thousand US$;
It is transported by two KAMAZ vehicles with semi-trailers;
Dimensions: two bioreactors-methane tanks with a volume of 5m3 each occupy 30m2 indoors on a concrete pad; two gas tanks are placed outdoors, but under a canopy (to prevent precipitation) on a concrete pad, area - 20m2.

Organic fertilizers have the trademark "BIOUD-1", are certified by the State Standard of the Russian Federation and are approved for use by the State Chemical Commission of the Russian Federation.

BIOUD-1 is a product of bacterial thermophilic (52-53 0C) methane generation of organic waste from cattle. BIOUD-1 contains all the necessary fertilizer components.

The cost of 1 ton of BIOUD-1 is $160.
