Carry out acceptance of the load-handling devices to the manipulator, make sure that they are in good condition, that they have stamps or tags indicating the number, test date and load capacity. During operation, removable load-handling devices and containers must be subject to periodic inspection at the established time, but not less often than:
2.5. Carry out an external inspection of removable load-handling devices (ropes, slings, traverses, hooks) and make sure that they are in good condition. If removable load-handling devices have surface wear of wires or broken strands, cracks and wear of the hook in the mouth, parts of its suspension, the order picker must warn the person responsible for the safe performance of work on the movement of goods by hoisting machines, or the person responsible for maintaining hoisting machines in good working order. condition, and obtain permission to use this load handling device in work or to reject it. Rejected removable load-handling devices, as well as load-handling devices that do not have a tag (brand), should not be located at the work sites. 2.6. Removable load-handling devices received by the enterprise from repair can be used by order pickers only after a preliminary inspection. It is forbidden to use lifting devices that have not passed the test. 2.7. Check the presence and serviceability of the original conveyors of empty containers, the presence on it of an inscription about its purpose, number, own weight and maximum weight of the cargo for which it is intended to be transported. Unmarked and damaged containers are not allowed in the places of work. 2.8. Check the serviceability of stationary fences, picker consoles and control stations for conveyor modules. 2.9. Conduct a visual inspection of the manipulator and make sure that there are no external damages, there should be no visible defects. 2.10. If any malfunctions are found in the operation of the manipulator, turn off the manipulator and call the maintenance personnel. It is prohibited to carry out loading and unloading operations with a faulty manipulator. 3. Safety requirements during work 3.1. Send a signal from the picker's console to the control point that the working areas of the given picker's workplace (RCS) are free and ready to receive warehouse cargo units with the picking cargo, after making sure that the conveyors are not cluttered with foreign objects, tools, containers that were not taken out in time from work area 3.2. Transfer empty containers from the original roller conveyors to the working area of the RCC by pressing the appropriate buttons of the control stations and proceed to picking the order in accordance with the "Picking List". 3.3. Strapping and hitching of goods is allowed only in accordance with the schemes for slinging goods; cargo handling of products for which slinging schemes have not been developed is allowed to be carried out under the guidance of a person responsible for the safe performance of work on the movement of goods by hoisting machines. It is forbidden to use for tying and hooking the load devices that are not provided for by the slinging schemes. 3.4. Before lifting a load, the order picker must determine its weight. When picking an order manually, the picker should follow the rules for lifting and moving weights manually, set out in clause 1.16 of this Instruction. 3.5. When performing work on picking with a manipulator, it is necessary to ensure that the load is securely fixed by the lifting device. Slinging of cargo is allowed only for specially designated places. It is forbidden to tie and hitch a load whose mass is unknown or exceeds the load capacity of the manipulator. 3.6. To check the correctness of the slinging, the load must first be lifted to a height of no more than 200-300 mm and, after making sure that the load cannot accidentally fall out, move it to the picking container (pallet). 3.7. When moving a load, the order picker must be positioned relative to the load being moved so that in case of accidental falling or lowering it does not cause injury. 3.8. During the execution of operations for moving loads, the manipulator control knob should be turned smoothly, without jerks. 3.9. Cargo movement to start and finish at low speeds. 3.10.
