General requirements for labor protection 1.1. Persons who are at least 18 years old, trained in safe techniques and methods of working on this equipment, who do not have medical contraindications for working in this profession, who have received introductory, primary workplace safety briefings and who have passed the safety knowledge test, are allowed to work. 1.2. Corrugated line operators are required to comply with the internal labor regulations 1.3. Alcoholic beverages and smoking are not allowed in the workplace. Smoking only in a designated area. 1.4. When working on a corrugator, the following factors may be dangerous:

When transferring to another place of work, be instructed on labor protection in relation to the new place of work. 1.7. It is not allowed to work on mechanisms with removed or faulty guards. 1.8. It is necessary to work only with serviceable fixtures and tools. 1.9. Only electricians are allowed to repair electrical equipment. 1.10. To avoid injury and burns, do not touch moving, rotating parts of mechanisms, current-carrying parts of electrical equipment, corrugated rolls, heating cylinders, steam pipelines. 1.11. It is necessary to work in the overalls provided by the norms, safety devices, headgear, safety shoes. 1.12. Overalls, footwear must be provided in accordance with GOST 12.4.109-82, GOST 12.4.032-77, gloves GOST 1108-84, goggles GOST 12.4.003-76. 1.13. Keep the workplace clean, do not clutter up the aisles and driveways with foreign objects and waste paper and cardboard. 1.14. Waste paper and cardboard should be stored in a specially designated place. 1.15. Mechanisms with electrical equipment, electric drives must be grounded. 1.16. Metal parts of production equipment, which may, due to damage to the insulation, be under dangerous electrical voltage, must be grounded. 1.17. Always keep primary fire extinguishing equipment in good condition and clean, do not clutter up the approaches to them. 1.18. It is not allowed to use fire equipment for other purposes. 1.19. In the event of a fire at electrical installations or other equipment in a building, it is necessary:

Labor protection requirements before starting work 2.1. Put on a work suit, safety shoes, a headgear, if necessary, gloves and goggles, fasten the hanging ends, tuck your hair under the headgear. 2.2. Labor protection requirements during work 3.1. Before starting the line, give a signal and, after making sure that the signal is received by all those working on the line and that there are no unauthorized persons near the machines, after which the line can be put into operation. 3.2. Follow the signals serving the line. 3.3. Do not carry out any operation on the grooved shafts of the press after the signal has been given to warn of the start of the press. 3.4. Follow the readings of the manometers. The steam pressure for the corrugator shafts should not exceed 15 kgf/cm2. 3.5. Fill paper into the corrugators at a filling speed of 10 revolutions per minute. Beware of trapping hands with shafts. The master is responsible for the safe filling of paper into the corrugator. 3.6. Do not break the tapered ends of the cardboard or paper roll in close proximity to the corrugator rollers. 3.7. When passing the paper through the rollers until it enters the contact zone, use the elasticity of the paper. 3.8. After the paper exits the contact area, pick it up below the carton guide roller and, folding it in half, direct it into the inclined conveyor of the accumulative bridge, then load the carton in the same way. 3.9. Wear protective goggles when filling and cleaning the glue bath to prevent the glue from getting into your eyes. 3.10. Do not use mittens or gloves while servicing a running corrugator to avoid being caught by rotating parts. 3.11. While the corrugator is running, do not clean the corrugated and glue-applying rollers from glue. 3.12. The rollers must be cleaned of glue when the glue rollers come to a complete stop. 3.13. It is not allowed to separate paper and cardboard sticking to the rollers from rotating corrugators. 3.14. It is not allowed to clean, adjust and lubricate while the corrugator is running. 3.15. During work, be attentive, not be distracted by other extraneous matters and conversations. 3.16. About all violations in the work of the line and malfunctions, immediately report to the master. 3.18. During the shift, keep the workplace in order, prevent the accumulation of corrugated cardboard waste and defective sheets of paper, and do not block passages and driveways. 3.19. It is not allowed to leave the workplace without the permission of the master. 3.20. In case of deviation from the technological mode, notify the master and then follow his instructions. 4. Labor protection requirements in emergency situations 4.1. In case of an accident, equipment malfunction, accident, stop the corrugator by pressing the "Stop" button on the control panel and inform the foreman, shift supervisor. 4.2. Trim corrugated board, paper and cardboard. 4.3. In the event of an emergency on the line or instructions from the master, stop the line by pressing the red mushroom-shaped button on the control panel "Emergency Stop". 4.4. In the event of an emergency situation on the corrugator, stop the corrugator by pressing the red emergency stop button of the corrugator installed on the corrugator bed traverse and on the PU. 4.5. When winding paper, cardboard or two-layer corrugated cardboard on the shafts, stop the operation of the corrugator, clean the shafts by turning them in jerks. 4.6. In case of one-shift work, at the end of the shift, give an audible signal for the end of work. 5.3. Cut the web of paper and cardboard entering the corrugator. 5.4. Stop supplying glue to the bath. 5.5. Rinse the corrugated rolls and the tub with hot water. When doing this, make sure that no one is on the other side of the corrugated shafts. 5.6. When working in two shifts, prepare the equipment for the delivery of the shift, warn the shifter about all the shortcomings and changes in the operation of the equipment, technological modes that have passed during the shift. 5.7. Report all shortcomings in the operation of equipment, malfunctions of devices, tools, the results of the shift to report to the foreman, shift supervisor, and leave the workplace with their permission. 5.8.
