I. General Provisions

The legal assistant belongs to the category of technical performers.
A person with a professional (legal) education (higher; secondary) is appointed to the position of a specialist in registration of legal entities (without presenting requirements for work experience; work experience in the specialty is at least 1 year).
The legal assistant should know:

fundamentals of substantive and procedural law;
methodical and normative materials on legal activity;
ethics of communication with state bodies, local governments, legal entities and individuals;
business standards;
the order of systematization, accounting and maintenance of legal documentation using modern information technologies;
methods of information processing using modern technical means of communication and communication, computer;
text editors and special legal software;
internal labor regulations.

The legal assistant reports directly to the lawyer.

II. Official duties

Legal Assistant:

Carries out with the help of legal databases, archives, and other sources the search for legal information on the topics specified by the lawyer.
Analyzes the information found and prepares a list of the most appropriate normative acts for a given topic.
Every day he gets acquainted with the list of normative legal acts adopted and entered into force through databases, analysis of specialized legal publications and prepares for a lawyer an overview of the most important normative legal documents.
Develops draft legal documents (contracts, requests, claims, lawsuits, complaints) of small volume, complexity and submits them to a lawyer for correction and approval.
On behalf of a lawyer, he travels to state and judicial authorities, local governments, and third-party organizations to resolve simple legal issues (delivery and receipt of documents, obtaining clarifications, and performing other legal actions).
Handles legal documentation.
Responsible for correspondence sent by the lawyer and received for the lawyer.
Reports to a lawyer for the results of his work.

III. Rights

The legal assistant has the right to:

Get acquainted with the documents that define his rights and obligations in his position, the criteria for assessing the quality of performance of official duties.
Submit proposals for the lawyer's consideration to improve the work related to the duties provided for in this Job Description.
Require the lawyer to provide the organizational and technical conditions necessary for the performance of official duties.

IV. A responsibility

The legal assistant is responsible for:

For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description - within the limits established by the current labor legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of their activities - within the limits established by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage to the enterprise - within the limits established by the current labor and civil legislation of Ukraine.

Over 10Gbps speed shown for 5G on the move 27.07.2018

NTT DoCoMo, AGC and Ericsson successfully field-tested fifth-generation (5G) mobile communications technology in a vehicle driven at high speed in Japan.

During testing, the frequency range of 28 GHz was used. The vehicle was equipped with special antenna modules mounted on glass surfaces. In total, experts used eight such modules - on the side windows, windshield and rear windows. This ensured the reception of signals from any direction.

The tests were carried out on a section of the road with a length of 2,2 kilometers. 5G mobile equipment was installed in the car, and three stationary base stations were installed on the territory of the test zone.

As a result, it was possible to show throughput at the level of 8 Gbit / s when the car is moving at speeds up to 100 km / h. Moreover, the bandwidth of the channel reached 11 Gb / s while reducing the speed of the car to 30 km / h.

Thus, tests have shown that 5G networks will provide connected cars and self-driving vehicles with ultra-fast communication channels. This will usher in an era of completely new services and telematic services.
