Regulation and enforcement road safety uniform rules of the road are established throughout Russia (approved by the Decree of the Council of Ministers - the Government of the Russian Federation of October 23, 1993 No. 1090).

They are installed:

1) unified traffic rules;

2) duties and rights of road users (driver, pedestrian, passenger, traffic police officer);

3) traffic lights and traffic controller signals;

4) road signs and their meaning;

5) road markings and their characteristics;

6) criminal and administrative liability for violation of traffic rules.

Driver - a person driving a vehicle, a driver leading pack, riding animals or a herd along the road. A driving instructor is equivalent to a driver.

Driver Responsibilities:

1) have with them the relevant documents for the right to drive and own a vehicle and provide them at the request of police officers;

2) before departure, check and ensure the correct technical condition of the vehicle on the way;

3) to undergo, at the request of police officers, an examination for intoxication, a test of knowledge of the rules and driving skills, as well as a medical examination to confirm the ability to drive a vehicle (TC);

4) in case of a traffic accident (RTA):

a) immediately stop (do not move) the vehicle;

b) turn on the emergency light alarm and set the emergency stop sign;

c) take all possible measures to provide first aid to the victims, call an ambulance;

d) report the incident to the police and wait for her arrival.

Solar-powered ultralight self-propelled trains 11.01.2021

Testing of a self-propelled ultra-light rail vehicle designed for rural railways or underutilized railway lines should start by the end of 2021 in France.

The first Taxirail route is expected to be launched in 2023, when regional routes are opened for operation in accordance with a competitive tender.
