Coffee has been one of man's favorite beverages for nearly a thousand years. It was first discovered and became widely known in Arabia, but did not appear in Europe until the XNUMXth century. In the coffee industry, coffee is divided into two main groups. The first group is coffee grown in Brazil and is called "Brazilian". The second group is coffee grown in other countries and is called Milds.

In general, Milds coffee is considered better than Brazilian coffee. But many Brazilian coffees are better than many Milds coffees. Each variety has its own blend of different coffees. Tasting and blending coffee requires great skill. Mastery is required in roasting (not underdone or overroasted) and in grinding coffee. Nature creates coffee - man makes it delicious.
