The innovative Florix flower thinning machine was presented in Italy, designed to optimize the harvesting stage. This tool is equipped with mobile arms, allowing it to be easily adapted to the needs of the garden. The operator can adjust the speed of the thin wires by controlling them from the tractor cab using a joystick. This approach significantly increases the efficiency of the flower thinning process, providing the possibility of individual adjustment to the specific conditions of the garden, as well as the variety and type of fruit grown in it. After testing the Florix machine for two years on various types of fruit, the results were very encouraging. Farmers such as Filiberto Montanari, who has used a Florix machine for several years, have reported a significant reduction in the time and labor required to thin flowers.

Infineon has expanded its family of automotive-grade high voltage linear regulators with the introduction of the TLT807. With a wide input voltage range up to 42V and built-in input circuit protection up to 58V, the regulator can be directly connected to 24V car batteries.
With built-in protection for current (short circuit and overload protection), temperature protection, input reverse polarity protection, and AEC automotive qualification, the new LDO regulators are designed for high reliability applications.
Technical parameters of TLT807:
- maximum operating input voltage: 42 V;
- built-in overvoltage protection up to 58 V (within 400 ms);
- output current: 70 mA;
- accuracy of maintaining the output voltage over the entire range of input voltages and temperatures: 2%;
- typical value of own consumption current at idle: 36 μA;
- stable operation with ceramic capacitors at the output;
- housing TSDSO-14 with a heat-removing base;
- wide operating temperature range: -40...150°С;
- a solution with a high degree of reliability, qualified according to AEC-100.
Typical applications:
- applications powered directly by 12 V or 24 V batteries;
- power supply systems for trucks, commercial vehicles, construction and agricultural vehicles.
