Of course, not a single wizard in the world can make a whole whole out of a cut rope. The "miracle" is that no one cut the rope!

Take a rope 1 m long and another small piece of the same rope (5-20 cm). From a piece of rope, you need to make a ring, fastening the ends to each other with threads. The threads must be the same color as the rope. You need to thread the rope into this rope ring. It is necessary to hold the rope with the ring so that the junction of the rope and the ring is hidden in the palm of your hand, and the palm should be turned to the audience with the back side.
