Transcend's DrivePro 520 DVR records outside and inside the car

Transcend has officially announced the release of the DrivePro 2015 DVR, which is presented at Computex 520, which is equipped with two cameras.

The system allows you to record everything that happens both outside and inside the car. The camera, directed inside the cabin, is equipped with an infrared illumination system for high-quality recording at night. The main camera has an f/1.8 aperture and a 130° field of view and can record video in 1080p resolution at 30 frames per second. A separate button allows you to take photos without stopping recording.

The device is equipped with GPS and Wi-Fi modules, the first allows you to save coordinates, date and time on video recording, and the second allows you to control DrivePro 520 settings from a tablet or smartphone, as well as play live broadcast or recordings from the recorder on an external screen.

Another feature of the Transcend DrivePro 520 is the automatic start of recording when the engine is started. By installing the recorder in place and connecting it through the cigarette lighter socket, the driver will not need to manually turn it on and off.

A 32 GB microSD memory card is supplied as standard, which is enough for 4 hours of recording at maximum quality. The device is also equipped with a 430 mAh rechargeable battery.
