A88W 3D FM2+ Hi-Fi Motherboard for AMD Processors

Biostar has announced A88W 3D FM2+ Hi-Fi motherboard based on A88X chipset, designed to work with AMD A-Series and E2-Series FM2+/FM2 processors.

The novelty is endowed with four slots for DDR3 2600(OC)/2400(OC)/2133/1866 RAM modules with a total capacity of up to 64 GB. There is one PCI Express x16 3.0 and PCI Express x16 2.0 slot each, as well as two PCI Express x1 2.0 and PCI slots. There are eight Serial ATA 3.0 connectors; RAID 0, 1, 5, 10 arrays are supported.

The board carries a Realtek RTL8111G gigabit network controller and an 8-channel Realtek ALC892 audio codec. Puro Hi-Fi proprietary technology is aimed at improving sound quality.

The use of 100% solid capacitors ensures "the best stability, reliability, overclocking capability and maximum motherboard life."

In addition, the manufacturer highlights the BIO-Remote2 system, an easy-to-use application that allows you to turn your smartphone into a computer remote control. The app is supported by Android devices as well as Apple devices. BIO-Remote2 is suitable for controlling more than 10 Microsoft programs for watching videos, photos, listening to music, as well as for operating Biostar exclusive programs. In this case, data exchange with a PC is carried out via a wireless Wi-Fi connection.

The board is equipped with six USB ports, two of which comply with the 3.0 standard, HDMI, DVI and D-Sub interfaces. The product is made in the ATX form factor, dimensions - 305x235 mm.

Scientists from Sweden and the UK conducted research and came to the conclusion that the fidelity of dogs to people is laid down at the genetic level.

According to scientists, dogs were the first animals to be domesticated by humans. Also, according to archaeological excavations, they have a close relationship with people for at least 15 thousand years.

In families with dogs, children grow up "sensitive" to these pets and in adulthood they also get them. Because at the genetic level, the body has deposited information that the dog is the key to health, mood and an active lifestyle.

"For the study, we analyzed the genes and presence of dogs in more than 35 pairs of twins born between 000 and 1926. They also analyzed dog registries from 1996 to 2001. Scientists studied identical and fraternal pairs. After all, the latter have a different set of genes. Pairs of fraternal twins "Scientists have discovered a gene for love for dogs that has mutated. Test subjects with this gene are many times more likely than others to have dogs, and not other animals," the scientists note.

In turn, thanks to what and what exactly influenced the mutation, the researchers are still unclear. There are two reasons for this. First, genetic variation may have affected the human ability to domesticate dogs and other animals. The second is the effect of having a dog.
