AI will aim for the player

19.07.2021

Cheating in video games has reached a new level. A special device has been developed that helps the player accurately aim at the enemy. In fact, we are talking about the hardware analogue of Aim Bot. Experts say that this cheat cannot be detected by any protection, since it does not violate the integrity of game files, which is typical for software cheats. The device can be used with both PC and consoles.

Actually, CVCheat is an advanced video capture card that connects to a PC or console using an HDMI connector and monitors the frames transmitted by the GPU to the screen. Using built-in artificial intelligence algorithms and computer vision, CVCheat determines the location of enemies in the central area of the screen where the player is looking.

Next, an algorithm comes into play that accurately calculates how far and in what direction it is necessary to move the mouse in order for the enemy to be in the crosshairs of the sight. CVCheat can determine not only the whole enemy, but also its individual parts of the body, allowing, for example, to distribute headshots effectively. The data collected by the capture card is sent to a special pass-through device, such as the Titan Two or Cronus Zen, which is used to emulate the movement of a mouse or gamepad to aim at the target and fire.

Individually, all devices used to run CVCheat are perfectly legal. For example, the same Titan Two or Cronus Zen cards are used to enable the use of computer mice and keyboards with game consoles, as well as to create game macros. However, together they create an effective cheat that does not require modification of game files, so no anti-cheat can detect it.

CVCHeat has flexible settings that allow you to determine the size of the aiming area, aiming speed, body parts where you want to shoot, and so on. In the current version, CVCheat works on the principle of Triggerbot, that is, it allows you to make accurate shots at the enemy that fell into the area of fine-tuning the sight. In addition, it has a recoil control function after each shot.

The existence of an entropy rule for quantum entanglement has been proven 09.05.2024

Quantum mechanics continues to amaze us with its mysterious phenomena and unexpected discoveries. Recently, Bartosz Regula from the RIKEN Center for Quantum Computing and Ludovico Lamy from the University of Amsterdam presented a new discovery that concerns quantum entanglement and its relation to entropy. Quantum entanglement plays an important role in modern quantum information science and technology. However, the complexity of its structure makes understanding and managing it challenging. Regulus and Lamy's discovery shows that quantum entanglement follows an entropy rule similar to that for classical systems. This discovery opens new perspectives in the field of quantum information science and technology, deepening our understanding of quantum entanglement and its connection to thermodynamics. The results of the study indicate the possibility of reversibility of entanglement transformations, which could greatly simplify their use in various quantum technologies. Opening a new rule ... >>

New method for creating powerful batteries 08.05.2024

With the development of technology and the expanding use of electronics, the issue of creating efficient and safe energy sources is becoming increasingly urgent. Researchers at the University of Queensland have unveiled a new approach to creating high-power zinc-based batteries that could change the landscape of the energy industry. One of the main problems with traditional water-based rechargeable batteries was their low voltage, which limited their use in modern devices. But thanks to a new method developed by scientists, this drawback has been successfully overcome. As part of their research, scientists turned to a special organic compound - catechol. It turned out to be an important component that can improve battery stability and increase its efficiency. This approach has led to a significant increase in the voltage of zinc-ion batteries, making them more competitive. According to scientists, such batteries have several advantages. They have b ... >>

Alcohol content of warm beer 07.05.2024

Beer, as one of the most common alcoholic drinks, has its own unique taste, which can change depending on the temperature of consumption. A new study by an international team of scientists has found that beer temperature has a significant impact on the perception of alcoholic taste. The study, led by materials scientist Lei Jiang, found that at different temperatures, ethanol and water molecules form different types of clusters, which affects the perception of alcoholic taste. At low temperatures, more pyramid-like clusters form, which reduces the pungency of the "ethanol" taste and makes the drink taste less alcoholic. On the contrary, as the temperature increases, the clusters become more chain-like, resulting in a more pronounced alcoholic taste. This explains why the taste of some alcoholic drinks, such as baijiu, can change depending on temperature. The data obtained opens up new prospects for beverage manufacturers, ... >>

Origami helps generate electricity 28.04.2017

Zhong Lin Wang, Chenguo Hu of the Beijing Institute of Nanoenergy and Nanosystems, Chinese Academy of Sciences, as part of a US-China team of scientists, have developed a lightweight paper device inspired by the Chinese and Japanese art of paper cutting, which can collect and store energy from body movements. Scientists described their invention in an article published in the journal ACS Nano.

Despite many advances in the field of portable electronic devices, one thing remains the same: sooner or later you need to plug them into an outlet to charge. meanwhile, devices like watches, heart monitors, and hearing aids often require only a small amount of power. Typically, they get this energy from conventional rechargeable batteries.

But scientists decided to see if they could separate our small energy needs from the outlet and get energy from the movements of the user's body. Wang and others have been working on this approach in recent years, building triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs) that can harness the mechanical energy around us - like our walking - and then use it to power portable electronics. The problem is that most TENG devices take several hours to charge a small device, like a sensor, and are made of acrylic, which is quite heavy.

So the researchers turned to an ultra-light rhombic paper cut a few inches long and coated it with various materials to turn it into a powertrain. The four outer sides, made of gold- and graphite-coated sandpaper, contained a supercapacitor element for energy storage. The inner surfaces, made of paper and covered with gold and fluorinated ethylene-propylene film, contained the TENG harvester. It is enough to press it for just a few minutes that the device is charged up to 1 volt, which is enough to power the remote control, temperature sensor or clock.
