Operational Amplifiers , K F 1446 1 1 1446 UD 1A - KF1 UD 1V, KF 446 1 UD 2 ZA -KF 1 446UD 1V, KF2UD1446A-KF13UD1446V are manufactured using CMOS technology. The peculiarity of these amplifiers, as well as the OU KR13UD1446 - KR14UD144, is the upper limit of the permissible input and output voltage levels extended up to the voltage of the power supplies. According to the current consumption, microcircuits can be divided into micro-power ones (typical value of the consumed quiescent current is 6 μA per one op-amp) - KR14UD1446, KR1UD1, KF1446UD1 and KF1UD1, low-power (4 μA) - KR4UD6 and KF12UD1446 and universal (12 mA) - KR1 446UD1 and KF1UD446 .

Microcircuits of groups KR1446UD11, KR1446UD12, KR1446UD14 are designed in a plastic case with eight pins (Fig. 1, a), and KF1446UD11, KF1446UD12, KF1446UD14 - in an eight-pin plastic case, designed for surface mounting (Fig. 1, b). These devices contain two op amps in one housing. Microcircuits of the KR1446UD13 and KF1446UD13 groups are produced in a fourteen-pin plastic case - fig. 1, c and fig. 1, d, respectively, both contain four op amps in one package. The parameters of the amplifiers included in the KR1446UD12, KR1446UD13, KF1446UD12, KF1446UD13 microcircuits are the same.

Operational amplifiers of the KR1446 and KF1446 series

On the case of each microcircuit, its full name is applied, except for the letter index. Devices with the letter index B are marked with one dot of a contrasting color on the body, with the index B - with two dots. Devices of group A are not marked. Marking with an index in the form of a letter is also possible. On fig. 2 shows the pinout of the devices.

Operational amplifiers of the KR1446 and KF1446 series

The described operational amplifiers are conveniently used in various small-amplitude-to-pulse AC voltage converters with logic levels for supplying digital microcircuits (especially CMOS structures) to the inputs, to control the current consumed by various devices powered by op-amps from their own sources (in power supplies, in automotive devices for monitoring the health of lamps, etc.), as well as in all cases when the maximum use of the supply voltage is required both at the inputs and at the outputs of the OS. from 1446 to 1 V.

In the future, all numerical and graphical characteristics are presented for the op-amp of the KR1446 series, for the op-amp of the KF1446 series of the corresponding groups, the characteristics are identical.

Traffic noise delays the growth of chicks 06.05.2024

The sounds that surround us in modern cities are becoming increasingly piercing. However, few people think about how this noise affects the animal world, especially such delicate creatures as chicks that have not yet hatched from their eggs. Recent research is shedding light on this issue, indicating serious consequences for their development and survival. Scientists have found that exposure of zebra diamondback chicks to traffic noise can cause serious disruption to their development. Experiments have shown that noise pollution can significantly delay their hatching, and those chicks that do emerge face a number of health-promoting problems. The researchers also found that the negative effects of noise pollution extend into the adult birds. Reduced chances of reproduction and decreased fertility indicate the long-term effects that traffic noise has on wildlife. The study results highlight the need ... >>

A New Way to Control and Manipulate Optical Signals 05.05.2024

The modern world of science and technology is developing rapidly, and every day new methods and technologies appear that open up new prospects for us in various fields. One such innovation is the development by German scientists of a new way to control optical signals, which could lead to significant progress in the field of photonics. Recent research has allowed German scientists to create a tunable waveplate inside a fused silica waveguide. This method, based on the use of a liquid crystal layer, allows one to effectively change the polarization of light passing through a waveguide. This technological breakthrough opens up new prospects for the development of compact and efficient photonic devices capable of processing large volumes of data. The electro-optical control of polarization provided by the new method could provide the basis for a new class of integrated photonic devices. This opens up great opportunities for ... >>

Completely invisible ink 05.11.2017

Chinese chemists and physicists have created the first "full-fledged" invisible ink, which does not manifest itself in any way and remains invisible to the eyes and human devices until processed with special nanoparticles.

All types of currently existing "invisible" inks have one common drawback - they remain invisible to the eye only under very specific conditions. As a rule, all such inks begin to glow when exposed to ultraviolet light, and some secret notes can be seen if you simply bend a sheet of paper or look at it from a different angle.

Liang Li of the University of Shanghai (China) and his colleagues have created a more advanced version of this paint, experimenting with two types of nanomaterials recently discovered - metal-organic frameworks and nanocrystals from the so-called perovskites.

Metal-organic scaffolds (MOFs) are complex polymeric materials that are similar in structure to a honeycomb and have very high porosity and strength.

This ink, as noted by Li and his colleagues, can be printed using a conventional printer, and the "developer", in turn, does not permanently change the structure of the IOC and can be removed from the ink using a solution of methanol or other alcohol. Thanks to this, the secret message can be made invisible again after reading.

Such paints and developers, according to scientists, can be used not only to protect secret documents and various securities, but also to solve a variety of problems - creating various sensors for harmful gases, "temporary" LEDs and many other high-tech gadgets.

It would be nice to place here several specific circuits for switching on microcircuits as amplifiers with specific values of resistors and capacitors. And without this, why buy and then look for a switching circuit in some other sources.
