1.5.4. Accounting for active electricity should ensure the determination of the amount of energy:

1) generated by generators of power plants;

2) consumed for own and economic (separately) needs of power plants and substations;

3) released to consumers through lines extending from the tires of the power plant directly to consumers;

4) transferred to other energy systems or received from them;

5) released to consumers from the electrical network.

In addition, active electricity metering should provide the ability to:
determining the flow of electricity into electrical networks of different voltage classes of the power system;
compiling electricity balances for self-supporting subdivisions of the energy system;
control over the observance by consumers of the modes of consumption and balance of electricity set by them.

1.5.5. Accounting for reactive electricity should provide the ability to determine the amount of reactive electricity received by the consumer from the power supply organization or transferred to it, only if these data are used to calculate or monitor compliance with the specified operating mode of compensating devices.

A new mode of transport was tested in the canals of Amsterdam.

Specialists from the Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (USA) launched the first self-navigating fully autonomous robotic boats.

There can be five people on the boat. Engineers believe that such boats can be used both as passenger transport and for delivering goods or, for example, transporting garbage. The boat is powered by a battery that lasts for 10 hours of battery life. Such devices can be charged wirelessly while in the dock.

While moving, the boat uses lidar and multiple cameras to provide a 360-degree view. Navigation is carried out in the same way as in a car - using GPS.
