Technical characteristics of the device: range of measured capacitance (µF) from 80 x 10-6 to 25 x 10 3; range of measured inductance (H) from 2,5 x 10-6 to 40; range of measured frequencies (H) from 1 to 16 x 10 6. The meter circuit is shown in the figure. On the elements DD1 and DD2, a generator is assembled, the timing element of which is the measured capacitance or inductance. A frequency divider with a division factor of 3 is assembled on the elements DD4 and DD16777211. The entire scale of the device includes 25 values that differ from each other by 2 times. When the device is in operation, it is visually determined which LED blinking frequency is closest to 1 Hz. The readings opposite it are the result of the measurement.

Scientists have found out the effect of cocoa on mental performance. The study involved healthy men from 18 to 40 years old.
How cocoa activates the brain, said British scientists from the University of Birmingham and American colleagues from the University of Illinois. It turned out that cocoa antioxidants have such an effect. Flavanols have a beneficial effect on the functioning of small blood vessels in the brain.
In their experiments, scientists moved away from sterility and tried to reproduce the average environmental background. After a cup of cocoa, the participants in the experiment breathed air with an excess of carbon dioxide. Despite the lack of oxygen, those men who had cocoa with flavanols performed 11% faster than those who got cocoa with low levels of antioxidants on savvy tasks. And the level of maximum supply of oxygen to the brain was almost three times higher.
The researchers concluded that cocoa - even in a drink, even in dark chocolate - helps the blood vessels of the brain more quickly compensate for the lack of oxygen. Those who start their working day with a cup of this drink adapt and act more actively.
Also, experts believe that cocoa can help people suffering from mild vascular diseases recover faster.
